Curtis Park Creamery clearly is an establishment rich of history and it is awesome that places like this are still around. However, with that being said, I did not think that the food is worth anything more than 3 stars. I thought everything tasted very bland and just mediocre overall. I thought that maybe it was just what I ordered, but my friend who ordered something completely different had the same sentiment. The prices are decent but you can get much better for a similar price elsewhere.

This place is a Locals favorite that has been in the community for longer than some of us have been on this earth. It has been over 30 years since the last time I was able to enjoy their food, so when I had a free day on a business trip to Denver, I fly my happy little butt over to enjoy a #5 smothered with a coke in the park across the street.
They don’t have seats in the Creamery but you can enjoy it in the park (weather permitting).
I love this place and will find a way back again! I highly recommend you do the same!

It reminded me of the “old Chubby’s” when the “only REAL Chubby’s” was on 38th and Lipan. And not the one that’s there now, they changed when they built the new bigger building. They’re not as good as they used to be (matter of fact, the chubbys now would only get 3 stars from me now). Anyway, that’s the only reason the atmosphere scored any stars, otherwise it’s nothing to brag about.

Place has gone terribly down hill since the days of old, also they don’t open till 9 am i can’t get a breakfast burrito before work??? ill just have to give my money to Santiago’s. People running the creamery are not serious people.

The creamery isn’t the same like it used to be. The rellenos are so skimp. The peppers are not even visible anymore. There was literally more bread than anything. Very disappointed. I think im done with them now.

Super friendly people, legendary old school joint. Solid food at incredible prices. What more can you want? Besides the Mexican food, of course! Big fan of of the #5 smothered and don’t stop yourself from grabbing a cheese enchilada, tamale and relleno.

Been coming here forever. I just wish they would be more consistent with the flavor of the food. It seems to be better at the end of the week. My rellenos were burnt and they are using a different kind of cheese which I’m not a big fan of. Come on creamery. Let’s not get careless.

I went out of my way to go here cause the reviews looked great. Got a Taco Bell level burrito. It wasn’t even wrapped. I’ve never seen that. I don’t like posting bad reviews and based on the other ones I’m sure they have great stuff. But you might not want to go out of your way to come here.
