This was the worst food experience I have ever had. There was no sauce on the tikka masala, and it was a strange pink color. THe tokka masala was also watery. The chickpeas in one container were cold, and in the other barely warm. The tandoori chicken, I think that’s what it was supposed to be, was sort of slimy. The yellow dal was spongy and inedible. We ordered spinach and cheese as side and didn’t get it, I guess that’s why we had two orders with chicken peas when we only asked for one? The rasmalai was a weird texture, unlike any I’ve had before.
Then there is the appetizer. The picture with the strange chicken tandoori. It’s supposed to have samosas, tandoori chicken, veggie pakora, paneer pakora, chicken pakora, and naan. The only one that was even remotely represented was the tandoori chicken. There should have been at least two pieces of naan, since each combo is supposed to die with it. There was one. Also, the rice was not normal Indian rice, it had green beans in it? Everything had the same strange rancid oil taste. I took just a small taste of things, but nothing was good.
The entire meal was inedible. How do we know it’s safe to eat when it arrived cold?

Lots of vegetarian options and everything I had was delicious! They also have vegan dishes. The ingredients are super fresh and the spices were amazing. Very authentic. The naan was fantastic as well. Owner very sweet and accommodating. I will definitely be back for more!

Really small place. 4-5 tables. Food was like home made. Nothing fancy. Tasted good. Reasonable price. More of a take away place. But, the host/ server was nice. Have is shove items on the house. He was working solo. And, the place was busy. Literally hole in a wall kind of place.

Very good Indian food in a take out friendly shop. Amazing Tandoori chicken made with dark meat pieces is full of flavor. Excellent sides, in particular the samosas are super flavorful and filling. The rice pudding tastes just like my favorite childhood treat. Very authentic and made with care. The owner is really kind and welcoming, ready to answer any questions. The prices are very affordable, and the quality is awesome. So excited to have found this place. Owner should call it ‘Curry in a Hurry’. If you haven’t tried Indian yet, this place is a great place to start. Delicious!

Amazing and fresh food, amazing experience, and the best Indian food in Mississippi. The owner is extremely charismatic and a very caring man. I highly recommend this restaurant. He runs the place by himself but the food was still prepared fresh and quick. Perfect for a hurried life style or a slow dinner.

While my party and I entered this place on a whim, the experience itself was SUPERB! The chef was not only experienced in his cooking, but a friendly face that made us feel at home. The chef-specials were nothing but perfect. If I wasn’t only in Mississippi for a road trip, I would be a regular here. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anybody with taste buds.

Wow, this is the best Indian food that I have ever had in my life! I am an avid traveler and I have had my fair share of Indian food and this is the real thing. Everything is prepared by the owner and his family which is very impressive to me since everything is so commercialized now. They offer a healthy selection of food and its portioned perfectly. Mississippi is known for its obesity, so of course one would say that the portions are too small. Overall I give this restaurant a FIVE STAR rating. When I am able to travel back to MS I will definitely eat here again!!!

Great authentic Indian food with open kitchen, friendly owner and good prices. Casual place with a few tables or takeout. As an Indian native myself, I was looking for some good Indian food and now I found it here! All the curries were delicious, both vegetarian and meats. Also owner make authentic pickle, chutneys, and other condiments. I am now a regular! Thank you for opening and wish you the best!! Definitely try Curry Xpress!!

I visit this restaurant at least once a week. It’s close to work and convenient. You can eat inside or take your food to go. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is flavorful and never disappoints. Bob, the owner, is very nice and is very passionate about cooking. Often times he will make specialty items, and they are worth the try! If you are looking for a GOOD and QUICK bite to eat, I highly recommend this restaurant.
