Update #2-Something is going on, it seems like a prolonged death. There are many fewer items on the menu board, and today they had no hard rolls (for sandwiches) and they offered a bagel instead but had no cream cheese. The place is a shadow of its former self. Not worth stopping in anymore. Medium coffee $2.50? Really? No idea what’s going on.
Update: I was there today for lunch and suspect there is something going on. There was a special board with many many dishes, Indian bread and other things. They had none of that. They didn’t have any tuna salad. Vegetable korma and paratha were on the specials. The person behind the counter had no knowledge of them. This was really depressing. Are they planning on closing? Why have a whole menu of stuff you can’t serve? Ratings decreased.
This is the workplace restaurant in Riverview Center. The name may be familiar as the owner had a restaurant in Altamont by the same name. The menu is partly traditional “diner” type food and partially an Indian menu. The food is really good! Eggs, egg sandwiches and other breakfast food, sandwiches and wraps for lunch along with Indian specials including vegetarian/vegan dishes, aloo gobi being one of the they have naan, not sure it’s on the menu every day. Well worth stopping in. The atmosphere/dining room is ordinary but the food is great and the staff is very friendly!
