It’s pretty unassuming from the outside, but the food was delicious! We had a few different dishes between us and were really impressed with how well the food was cooked and served. Fantastic food and great for vegetarians!

food is… alright. It’s actually pretty good, but we’re not used to *sweet* butter chicken :’D

the lack of spice is disappointing, but we’re in Gibraltar after all so I can’t expect much ☠️ cultural differences and stuff like that, I’m sure you’ll like it if you’re not asian

staff are very nice though!

Don’t be fooled by the exterior, inside awaits a warm smile and the best tasting curry in town, Lamb buhna and rice washed down with a Cobra. Walked out stuffed and it wasn’t that expensive, great value for money

We came back from one of the guided tours through the Rock of Gibraltar and discovered this gem as we were starving and it was on our way back to the car. How convenient! At first we were skeptical as a restaurant offering different types of cuisines can be quite tricky. But, buckle up – the food and flavor profile were outstanding! We ‘only’ tried the Indian dishes but overheard a conversation of one of the chefs with other guests and were impressed by his professional background and how knowledgable he was. Very friendly and anticipatory service on top of that. 5 stars all the way!

PS: Try the Paneer Tikka, it’s absolute heaven.

You absolutely must not judge a book by it’s cover with this place. It may be a small little restaurant that barely seats 12 people but the food is genuinely second-to-none.

We had a variety of items from the Indian portion of the menu and it was as good, if not better, than any fully fledged fancy pants place we’ve been before. Really authentic taste, reasonably priced (60 sterling for 3 people with a few drinks and starters) and the staff were very friendly too. They even let us tuck our wee dog away in the corner, though he is a good boy!

I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m round in Gibraltar, exceptional!

We love a good Indian meal and went to this restaurant as the reviews were so good.
The Curry’s were very tasty with nice layers of flavour. Very personable staff.
The little restaurant only seats 16 & is basic.
The kitchen is easy to see from your seat but separate enough not to be a distraction.
A really good curry & a pint of kingfisher what more do you need.
They also do Chinese & Japanese food.
But curry seemed to be the number one.

Absolutely loved our meal at Curry & Ngiri in Gibraltar! We had walked by the restaurant a few times during our visit and were always drawn in by the mouthwatering aromas wafting out, so we finally decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did.

The highlight of the meal was definitely the prawn masala butter—rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every bite was packed with fragrant spices and just the right amount of heat. The whole experience was a pleasant surprise, from the cozy atmosphere to the friendly service and, of course, the incredible food. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

The food here is spectacular! This is a very small place (not focused on decorations or ambiance) on a side street, but if you like Indian, Chinese and Japanese you will love this place. The Chinese vegetables in garlic sauce were fantastic and we loved the butter chicken, Tikka Masala and garlic Naan. For a taste of UK Indian and Asian flavors while in Gibraltar this is a must stop.

This little Indian café is an absolute gem! It’s a small place — maybe 12 seats total — and not the fanciest or the cleanest spot you’ll find, but the food is simply outstanding. Every dish is full of flavor and tastes truly authentic. The staff are incredibly friendly and make you feel very welcome. If you care more about amazing food than fancy décor, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
