Their supposed Biryani felt like it was just loads of colored rice rice rice rice & just rice! We literally had to dig deep and search for any vegetables. All we found were exactly 2-3 small pieces each of Bell peppers & cauliflower florets, and 4 smallest pcs each of frozen veggies – peas, corn & carrot. Thats it! All of these bare minimum veggies were cooked & made “dum” of in some bland tasteless saltless spice powder which probably would have been like about less than $1.5 worth out of $14 box. This vegetable mixture was barely 1/4th – 1/5th quantity at the bottom of the togo container. Rest 3/4th of the box on top is loaded with just a mix of plain Rice & colored bland tasteless rice. Very disappointed with the food.
Coming to Grocery store, disorganized is how I’d describe. What a waste of potential on both restaurant & grocery store in such a large floor space & wonderful location!
The chef personally came out to greet us and recommended his authentic Jackfruit Curry and Baingan Curry, both bursting with incredible flavor and depth — unlike anything I’ve tasted before. My husband was absolutely on cloud nine enjoying the live fry!
There were so many dishes that captured the true essence of Indian home-style cooking — the kind you rarely find, even in top-rated restaurants. We’re so thrilled to have discovered this gem just four minutes from our home. Can’t wait to return and try more from their menu!
I didn’t eat here yet because they had a long line and it was getting crowded, I suggest ordering out if you want to try their food. Also the parking lot is small, it’s hard to find parking on that side of the plaza.
Sometimes they run one plus one Biryani campaign…..
The beetroot halwa is also awesome. The owners generously give samples to taste.
Staff is very warm, generous, cooperative and kind hearted.
Just for two items, I had to wait for 35 minutes. I have been to this place several times since they opened and each time I experienced awful service. I had to wait 20 minutes just for chai. And they changed me $2.99 for cup of chai and cup wasn’t even full.
