Curry Hut in Whittier is such a great local spot for Indian food. The chicken tikka masala was creamy and flavorful, the veggie samosas were crispy and packed with spice, and the garlic naan was perfect for scooping everything up. They’ve got a big menu with tons of tasty options, and the portions are generous. The family running the place is super friendly, and the funny wall murals give it extra charm. Definitely recommend stopping by!

I LOVE LOVE THIS SPOT!
Been a customers here for months whenever i feel indian i hit up this place. Price has definitely risen up a lot ( paid $18 for a 3 item plates as of Aug 25’) but they really make it worth the price! Employee always loaded up the plate with curry and rice, this plate can easily seperated into 3 portions for me easily! Pairs it with their 2 giant pieces of naan fill u up quick! The quality is great too, very flavorful, creamy and sometimes spicy ( depends on the curry).
Samosas r jumbo n crunchy, worth the price of only $5 for 2 giant pieces. Very Reasonably price!
I had their biryani in the past as well and that always slaps as it is packed with flavors, the cumin, the spices from garam masala and they give u huge portion as well with lot of chicken 🙂 i love it!
I love these CH franchises, easily one of the best all around in term of both quality and quantities u get. Will continue to support! 9.5/10

I honestly love this place, but the price has gone up a bit too much for my taste. It’s now almost $18 for a 2 item combo with garlic naan. For that price I can go across the street to Ono Hawaiian BBQ and get a much heartier meal. If you’re really in the mood for Indian food this place is pretty good, but I don’t come here nearly as much anymore.
EDIT: The price has been raised several times this year, faster than any other restaurant I’ve ever been to. It must be an increase of almost $4 for a combo since the beginning of the year. Last time I came in, it was about $18.81 for a two item combo with garlic naan. At this point it’s actually cheaper to go across the street and get my preferred Hawaiian BBQ, which I think I’ll be doing from now on. Again, it is good food, but nearly $20 for a 2 item combo? That’s what you’d pay at a sit-down Indian restaurant with much higher quality most of the time. Good luck continuing on in that tradition, because I’m writing this place off of my list.

All hail Curry Hut. Never lets me down. Rain or sunshine, pay your respects to Curry Hut dynasty. Kneel before the holy naan. The food is always consistent. My toddler loves it. I will continue to go here. May the Curry flow forever.

I do love some Curry Hut. Their food is usually pretty good. The naan is nice.
But I ordered the chicken samosa and wow it was bad. The inside looked moldy and really dry. Tried to see if it just looked funny but no, it’s not edible.
This can’t be something made fresh in the restaurant. Just gross. Photo for your own opinion…

I ordered the 3 item combo which included rice, naan (garlic naan is $0.75 additional), chicken tikka masala, eggplant, and chicken curry. In addition I ordered a chicken kabab which included rice.
Everything was delicious! I especially loved the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan. I can’t wait to stop by again.
Parking is plentiful. They accept card payments. Restaurant is clean and has ac.

I love Curry Hut, the food is fresh and there are so many options. The garlic naan is a must. We had the cauliflower, eggplant, lentils and spinach. Last week I had chicken dishes which were also amazing.

With locations in Fullerton, La Mirada, Pico Rivera Curry Hut is my best place to eat Indian authentic food. I’m so happy they opened the new location near my work in Whittier. What I like about this place is that it’s a fast-casual restaurant dedicated to providing delicious Indian food to Southern Californians. The combo is a winner, as it allows diners to try Northern Indian specialties. The food is always fresh some of the specialties are chicken tikki masala, Daal Makhni, chicken biryani, goat curry and my personal favorite is there Garlic naan which is made fresh after you order. I ordered the combo & a Kathi roll, it was crazy good check out some pictures here.I promise if you try this place once you will get addicted to there food. Thank you Curry Hut for opening in Whittier.
