I ordered extra chicken and I was surprised that the bowl just seemed like it was not extra. The flavors were fine but seriously the portions seemed off. This photo is before I ate anything. The bowl was not full, I wanted lettuce and chicken but it just did not seem like a bowl valued at $14 .

We order takeout from this location frequently, and always use the app (gotta get those reward points)! Our order is usually ready by the time we walk in the door. Tip – If you place a big order online, they keep those behind the counter and not in the carryout order area. I always order a bowl, today I ordered:
1. Mediterranean – If you like brown rice and vegetables, this is the order for you. (5/5 )

Great greens and grains bowl place, open only weekdays for lunch. Big healthy portions at a decent price.
They have a solid menu, including a choice of tofu instead of beef chicken or pork, plus you can build your own bowl.
They also have cookies. Service was fast and friendly. I enjoyed their Apple Faro Salad with chicken

Announcement to everyone who keeps punishing themselves by going to that horribly managed Chipotle off Fountain Square which is always running out of your favorite meat and sometimes you are forced to choose a vegan dish: CURRITO!!! Let’s be honest – Currito is much tastier food anyway. And when I went to order food, the line was very fast and I had no issues. Summer bowl as-is with steak is my favorite!

Edited: Excellent response by upper management about the poor service I received. Since the food was amazing, I would gladly give them another chance.
Amazing food but terrible customer service. It’s 6:00 on a Friday night and they don’t have meat? The woman who seems to be the shift manager was very rude to an elderly gentleman; it broke my heart. The young man sweeping the floor and assisting with the food line was very kind though. The food was delicious but the manager treated this awesome restaurant like it’s McDonalds.

Downtown location. Carribean Ceaser Salad w/ chicken didn’t have much flavor, don’t think mango was ripe. Best thing about it was dressing that was really spicy. $12.00 salad left me hunting around the office for something to eat.

Claim that ordering a standard bowl with the tortilla on the side costs extra since it’s a “special request”, even though a bowl and a wrap are the same price. Food itself is good.
Also had a long wait, but they gave me a voucher for a free bowl to make up for the delay. Good customer service.

I asked a delivery “build yourself a bowl” and it came totally wrong and absolutely cold. The receipt was correct so I could review the ingredients. 50% were totally different from the original order. I don’t eat spicy or any kind of beans. It came with spicy sauces, black beans, corn, chick peas. Everything I just HATE.
