Small menu for meal times but every selection hits the taste buds. Super chill environment that’s great for a rainy day and if you’re staying at the hotel.

Wow! Not a huge menu or dining area, but I just had a marvelous meal. They were out of gluten free bread options, but fortunately had several vegetable dishes that sounded interesting. Each one tasted amazing and exceeded my expectations – especially the portion size of broccolini, which had awesome flavor from the shaved cheese and just the right amount of spicy kick. I sat down 5 minutes before the end of happy hour, but my server was nice enough to ask if I wanted to choose something from that menu before it ended to save a few bucks. Theresa – she provided great hospitality and conversation. I was already satisfied with the quality of the hotel, and this meal just put it over the top to convince me to stay here again.

Food can be improved upon for the price point. We dined here multiple days during our stay. The service is top notch as would be expected in a Hilton hotel.

A very comfortable eating and yet healthy mindful meal full of fresh veggies and tofu ( vegan scramble) with latte.. I can tell from experience that the ingredients on super fresh side.. loved our meal here.. wish there were more places of mindful eating where veggies are sauté only in necessary enough oil, and potatoes were more boiled than fried in breakfast..

Brunch with a friend that I hadn’t seen for several years. Breakfast taste fine, plenty of space to eat and talk with good daylight from the west. The wait staff assumed we were hotel residents, cleared our food away as soon as we had eaten and bought the bill without asking if we wanted any more. The Chai latte was delicious. The company was outstanding. I’d visit again.

Came here for breakfast without realizing it was a hotel bistro, it was good but overpriced, interior is nice and modern with big windows to ppl watch, overall just ok, I wouldn’t come here again to eat since there’s so many breakfast restaurants nearby

Fruit wasn’t very fresh. French toast was bland. Asked for eggs over easy and got over well. Wait staff was a bit slow and inattentive despite having only a few guests, e.g. took 10-15 minutes to get drinks from draught.

I guess it must be due to currant bistro coming out of the covid pandemic – wasn’t exactly thrilled with both their happy hour and regular dinner menus as they are full of vegetarian dishes (needless to say, their menus are quite ideal for vegetarians and vegans, but prosciutto and seafood are the only options for protein food items for meal/seafood diners).
