I’ve been trying out different beer joints with some buddies. This was my first visit to Curly’s. It strikes me as your typical old tavern. It definitely has its regulars, but I did not feel the stink eye when I walked in. The guy that served our beer and food was welcoming and as friendly as could be, and did a great job. It has a riverside deck which is nice. Food seemed like typical tavern fare, but definitely not bad. The beer selection was ok but not great. It is certainly a place I would go back to and recommend.

Good food small portions kinda pricy. Had planned to meet a friend. When the friend got there. I went to the patio to talk to him. I left my 3/4 drink on the table where I planned to return. When I returned the drink was gone. When I made mention of it. No attempt was made to get me a new drink and no one has been over yet to see if I need anything. POOR SERVICE

Was waiting to meet someone for a few drinks before a concert once. Sat down and instantly got weird vibes from this bartender guy with no hair as well as from a group of guys playing pool that seemed like they were friends with the bartender. Let’s just say I didn’t feel like I was welcome there by either of those people.

Nice bar with a great wait staff. Deck looks out over the St. Mary’s River. Trivia is on Thursday nights and Karaoke is on Friday nights.
