Very nice staff. Clean. Cute little restaurant just off the rail trail. GREAT food! The bacon on my burger was the bomb! Wonderful dessert menu, real surprise. Going to make it a part of our after bike ride routine.

Very yummy food. Love the signs inside! So awesome you do free dessert with dinner from 5pm to 8pm. Didn’t know till the waitress asked if we were ready for our free dessert. It was yummy dessert! The owners and coworkers are very nice! I really loved the Christian signs also!

Fantastic breakfast. Best Biscuits and Gravy I have ever had. Wait staff was friendly and fast. Even one of the owners came to our table to make sure we were satisfied. Amazing food, will definitely be back!

Curious how the Diner changed owners/names yet it kept the old review…so now I am going 5 … Great service although my son and I were 30 mins to closing time. Our meals were very generous portion-wise and my chicken fettuccine was excellent! I like the atmosphere and the decor as well…very nice place all around.

We have gone twice since the remodel. Service was good, but the food was not so great. Omelette had way too much ham in it. The bread had something squirted on it I’m assuming it’s like melted butter kind of gross. For what they charge you the portion size is small, we will just take the trip to Lapeer and have breakfast there. They also have placemats which was dirty and gross, they should just throw those all away takes up too much table space.
Too bad miss the old food.

Second time my husband and I have tried their breakfast first time service was slow food was cold. Figured it was cause they were new. Tried it again today and my scrambled eggs reaked if vinegar, hash browns were raw, toast was hard and cold. We give up

Definitely worth the drive to downtown Columbiaville because of the hometown-where-the-locals-eat atmosphere. Nothing fancy, just good food, served quick, at a fair price. And DON’T think about leaving until you have desert. We tried the carrot cake. It was like having the entire 3 layer cake in one serving!

I just moved to the area and we were looking for a good place to eat. This place had good reviews so we decided to try it out. If you like the little quaint hometown feel of a “mom and pop” type restaurant, this place is the best I’ve been too im a long time.
We ordered everything from the fish amd clams to the chicken strips and everybody was impressed with the quality and pkrtions of the food. I would absolutely recomend this place to everybody around.

Big difference from what was there before, interior wise and food wise. Friendly people looking to make your meal right. Lobster macaroni is awesome as is the shrimp basket… tastes like gulf shrimp!
