We are a restaurant that specializes in serving smoked meats and homemade sides, with our own unique twist on traditional favorites. We pride ourselves on our several different BBQ sauces, as well as our candied jalapenos and pickles. To complement our delicious food, we offer homemade sweet tea, lemonade, and fruit purees to add extra flavor to our drinks. For dessert, we have a variety of options, including bread puddings, pecan pie, cheesecake, assorted fruit pies, bars, and carrot cake. We let our bakers choose which dessert to serve, so you’ll always be in for a sweet surprise.

Adorable setting with a great outdoor patio and very friendly, helpful staff. Had strawberry lemonade and blackberry sweet tea to drink – YUM! We tried hush puppies with pimento cheese dip, the hot hen pizza, and a platter of ribs, brisket, mac & cheese, beans and cornbread – when the server asked how the first few bites were, my husband and I both looked at her and said “Oh my God” such delicious food, we can’t wait to come back!!

We were on a trip to the U.P. and stumbled upon this place on the way. Super cute and cozy vibes – perfect for fall. Our food was delicious and the sweet tea was AMAZING. I’ve never had a sweet tea that good before! We had the whole upstairs area to ourselves which was also favorable. My one and only complaint was that when we got our food some of the meat was cooler, which makes me slightly concerned on how long it was sitting out. Everything went down great so I’m hoping it stays that way post dinner!

Not what I was expecting. I was traveling through the area a couple years ago and saw they had a Luau Pizza with a coconut sauce and toasted coconut, ham and pineapple. Unfortunately, they were closed the day I rolled through. This time I made sure they were going to be open when I was traveling through again mid June. I love coconut and never heard of a pizza like that so very excited. I ordered takeout. That pizza without red peppers and their hush puppies with pimento cheese. The girl who took my order said that those were her favorite items from the menu so I had high hopes. I get my order and go to my RV. I open the pizza it doesn’t look great. I take a bite and it’s lacking any coconut flavor. The hush puppies were ice cold. I was going to go back in to tell them but I figured I was going to have to heat them once I arrived at my RV park so why bother though I’m sure they would have been excellent fried and crispy. I didn’t complain about the pizza at that moment either because it was edible just not what I was hoping for. Nice restaurant though. Seating inside and out. Friendly staff. I would go back if ever in area again and maybe try their pulled pork or other BBQ and would eat at the restaurant instead of carryout.

From the street it looks like a personal residence. Upon entering it was wonderful!! Outstanding friendly and fast service. Delicious food. Clean restrooms. They even catered to my difficult 4 year old. We will definitely eat here again!!

I cannot stress this enough, if you are anywhere close to this place, you MUST stop and get some of this food. The smell alone is worth the trip but the beans, wings, and ribs are the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. You can see and taste the care they put into all they do. I love the options for the kids meals as you can get some of the same actual smoked meats in smaller portions and not just frozen chicken nuggets. The staff was so friendly with my kids, it was endearing. You can be sure if I’m ever back within an hour of here, I’ll be eating here again!!

We had an early dinner at the Curious Pig and our meal was excellent. My wife, son and I had the choose 2 meal (ribs and brisket) and our other children had pizza and chicken salad.
The portions were more than enough. We didn’t even finish our meal. The service was GREAT. Our server was friendly and was very courteous.
This was our first time eating here. When we comeback to Crystal Falls we will definitely be back for a great dinner.

Just sat and waited 30 min in the winter to get my pizza doing curbside texted 1 they said be right there I tipped them on the app beforehand…. they never came out eventually went inside the had it sitting there on the table. As soon as I went in told them I had a order curbside ohhh here is your food. The food ended up cold by the time I had to go get it do not recommend. Don’t advertise curbside if your worker don’t do it.
