We went on a Monday night to celebrate my birthday with family, and the food was fantastic—everything was cooked to perfection. Got a slice of cake to celebrate!

The ambiance left something to be desired. The lighting was very bright, which made the whole place look and feel different than the low-light / moody atmosphere of the photos online; There was no music or background noise, which the atmosphere feel a bit lacking.

The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, with only two people serving the entire dining space. The two gentlemen working did a great job , but an extra set of hands or additional bartender would have helped keep the service moving more smoothly.

Cured Salumeria in Louisville was such a great experience! The food was absolutely wonderful, and everything we tried was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The affogato for dessert was incredible—I honestly couldn’t stay away from it!
What really made the night special was Alvio, the owner. He came over to talk with us, which was such a nice personal touch. He even sent out some bruschetta for us to try and surprised us with a gift card when we left as a thank you. That kind of hospitality is rare and really made us feel appreciated as guests.
Great food, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic dinner out with friends, but it was really more of a two person dinner place. Three people had the table pretty full before the food came. Don’t let that be a deterrent though! The whole menu is a love letter to all the ways pork can be prepared. We started with the bruchetta with the cheese and charcuterie boards, and if you were feeling peckish, that would have been the perfect meal size. We were bordering on famished, so in addition to 3 rounds of very tasty cocktails, we got the salmon, schnitzel and pork chops. The porkchops were some of the best that I’d ever had, juicy and perfectly cooked. A bit suprisingly, the salmon was amazingly well done, a beautiful crust all the way around and absolutely flavorful. If youre feeling schnitzel, its a very good, solid option. We also got the asparagus and polenta as sides and they made a wonderful way to break up all the wonderfully rich food, with a slightly less rich side. The desserts were also amazing, everything was flavorful without sitting heavy on top of the rich meal we’d already had. We ended up doing several rotations of our desserts until we got to the last few bites and picked our favorited to finish off. I will absolutely be coming back when I’m in town again, I’ve been thinking about the fat washed old fashioned and the charcuterie for weeks at this point and I’d love to share them with the whiskey lovers in my life.

What a beautiful and elegant place! My husband surprised me with a birthday celebration here, and everything was exceptional. The staff was warm and attentive, and even the chef came out to greet us personally. The food was exquisite, and the drinks were outstanding. Truly a memorable experience!

This was my first time coming here to say I was a bit disappointed we got seated outside I was hoping we would be able to sit insideIt was really loud, noisy. Disturbing there A bunch of fireworks there were people that came after us, but they got seated inside which I thought was Highly unfair. The appetizer that I ordered didn’t really like it I wouldn’t recommend it I got the bruschetta I am glad that the waiter Dianna did take it off my tab my steak that I had ordered was some what delicious The T-bone, I would say it is a bit too salty for my taste Also the waiter Dianna she had a bit of an attitude which I didn’t like and also I ordered the carrots, which I didn’t know that they had pork on them and when I told her, hey I can’t have pork. She said well you should’ve told me which how was I supposed to know when it wasn’t even on the menu? All it says is baby carrots with coconut cream topped with guanciale But I didn’t like her aura overall she didn’t seem too welcoming Enough probably wouldn’t come back

TLDR: A wonderful place for a special occasion. Definitely a fine dining experience. Excellent food and cocktails.

My wife and I were here for a valentines day menu. We both loved the prosciutto, I enjoyed the osso buco, but my wife’s filet mignon was one of the best steaks either of us have ever tried. Dessert was lovely too, especially the chocolate valentines box. The lavender gin tonic is worth a try, too.

Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and kindly indulged my curiosity about the prosciutto. The last noteworthy thing is we hadn’t noticed there was an alternative menu, but that was on us. They were kind enough to notify us ahead of time and we missed the message.

We went here on Valentine’s Day. The experience and service was great and it really made you feel like you were in a more upscale restaurant in a bigger city. They braised the steak right in front of us which was a nice touch in terms of service and experience. I had the salmon and it was deliciously cooked and not at all fishy. It was exceptionally juicy and tender and the skin was super crispy and flavorful. If you want a really nice experience, I definitely say it is worth the money and the food was also great on top of that. I would definitely recommend the spot for a special night out or just to treat yourself to a nice dining experience.

Absolutely excellent! Came here for date night and ordered the Ossobuco Empanadas (10/10); Cured Charcuterie (10/10); Rabo de Toro (7/10); Dry-aged Rosemary Butter Ribeye (7.5/10–normally I don’t like medium rare but since it’s recommended to eat that way, I ordered it and I really liked it! Only comment is it was a little too salty for my taste so maybe next time I’ll get a fresh cut); Baby carrots with Cococream 6/10 (great but maybe a bit overpriced at $14 for a side); Lychee Martini (9/10); and Cured Manrgarita (9/10).

Customer service was outstanding. High attention to detail with purse stands, and a special table holder for to-go bag. Both owners also personally spoke to us, and the owner in charge of curing the meats explained and opened fridge to let us smell the dry-aged rosemary/butter ribeye I ordered.

Well def. be back! A top 5 restaurant for us in Louisville!

From start to finish, our meal at CURED was absolutely delightful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting is perfect for a date night or special occasion. The service was attentive without being overbearing. The highlight of the evening was definitely the food. The house-cured meats and empanadas showcase true craftsmanship, and you can really taste the care and quality that goes into every dish. The menu offers a great balance of classic flavors and creative twists, and everything we tried was delicious and well-executed. The cocktails were excellent and paired beautifully with our meal. If you’re looking for a memorable dining experience in Louisville with top-notch food and service, I highly recommend CURED!
