I been to this place several times, and the first couple of times I had great experience, the staff was nice and got my order right, but one time, I was there, this white lady with nasty attitude, made my frappe with dish soap, I was drinking my frappe and wonder why it tasted weird an then I realized someone added stuff to my frappe, but I’m ok now, I also ordered a banana nut muffin there. So I got that stuff, but I hope she doesn’t work there anymore. Please fire her. Because she did that because I’m black.

Best coffee house around. Great service. Excellent recipes and selection. Cozy atmosphere. Family friendly seating areas. Clean restrooms. Visually interesting decor. Games and wifi available. This particular location has no outside seating, but provides decent space on the inside that is comfortable.
