The coffee is good! I got a latte and my wife got the cappuccino. The latte was smooth but the cappuccino was a bit bitter. I like the atmosphere, very relaxing and had some nice jazz playing. The sofa area of a great place to relax while doing some work or just chilling out after work. One thing I appreciated (which is weird I know) is the reduced lighting in this coffee shop. It makes for a nice chill atmosphere and experience.

I finally found a proper cappuccino in Austin! I honestly thought I would never find a truly good coffee shop here.
It sometimes feels like many Americans just want the cheapest coffee possible, unlimited free refills, and who knows what else… maybe even someone to walk them home and pat them on the head. But for Europeans — this place is a gem
The foam is perfectly silky and delicate, with beautiful latte art — even on plant-based milk (which is much harder to do!). That alone says a lot about the quality and skill behind the bar.
People who are used to bubbly overheated milk and burnt coffee might not fully appreciate it — but those who value real coffee definitely will.
The staff is patient and friendly, and the desserts are delicious too. I absolutely love this place!

Quaint little coffee shop off of Parmer and FM 620. The atmosphere was generally positive. The furniture and decor was nice. I had the standard drip coffee. Black as usual. The barista that had taken my order offered subpar service in my opinion. I had asked whether refills were on the house and they responded in an unsure way. They didnt really want to be there it appears. If other options nearby are present, I probably wouldn’t return.

I tried Nutella coffee and didn’t taste Nutella at all. Perhaps the staff that day didn’t know how to make it. I drove 12 miles to try it, and it was disappointing. I want to give it another shot at a different time of day because of the reviews. Despite the disappointment, the space is great for hanging out.

Taste -> just Mocha
Quality -> hot and fresh
Price -> moderate

Quiet, clean, affordable and a good place to grab a coffee with a friend just to catch up. Hot chocolate isn’t anything great, very milky and not rich at all (think my office has better hot chocolate from the free machine), just get the smallest size if you happen to be sensitive to caffeine and just have to buy something out of courtesy. Reasonably priced thankfully. Open until 7PM on Sunday which is great.

⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hands Down the Best Coffee Shop in Austin

Cuppa is truly the best coffee shop in Austin — no question. The coffee and espresso are unmatched, always smooth, rich, and consistently perfect. I’ve been working in Austin for some time, and my coworkers and I grabbed coffee and food here every single day. It quickly became our home away from home.

The staff is what really makes Cuppa special. Everyone is always smiling, kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. You can tell they love what they do, and they treat every customer like family. Our baristas became such a bright part of our daily routine, and we’re really going to miss them.

Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about Cuppa and the incredible team behind it. If you want amazing espresso, great food, and the warmest atmosphere in Austin — this is the place.

This is absolutely the best coffee shop in the Austin area. This place is out of my way – but it is totally worth it! This place in a small strip mall.

Here is why I love Cuppa:

1) the baristas are kind, professional and top notch in every way; 2) the drinks are delicious and by far best coffee around with creative choices available; 3) outstanding loyalty program; 4) cozy, welcoming decor; 5) the food is real and local – delicious breakfast tacos from Taco Deli, baked goods from Russells bakery, etc.

I’ve periodically visited here over the last.. 13 odd years? I’ve read some of the wide range of reviews and they give me a good laugh, so… here goes my attempt at giving it to you all straight.

First off, I don’t go to a coffee shop to make friends with a barista. If they are plesant and can talk coffee, I’m all for it, but I aint going to take points away unless they’re actively spitting in my coffee. In all my years visiting, the staff have been great, and the few times I have bumped into the owners, they were always pleasant workaholics.

The drinks menu is huge, which I find unnecessary, but thats because I don’t overly care for sugary drinks, we got maple syrup to quench that thirst.

The regular coffee (black, americano, latte etc) are served fine and I’ve never been the recipient of one that was almost pure milk etc. The few sugary ones I have tried over the years were ok, but not my jam, again, not their fault, I doubt I would have enjoyed a great cup of sugar, whatever that is.

Sadly, I read the parent holding company for Cuppa Austin filed for chapter 11, so not sure of the future of this joint, but I’d hate to see it become another Summer Moon, or god forbid a Starbucks. So if you’re in the area, I definitely recommend stopping by for any of the coffees they have and just relax on the couch if it’s free. Its a good place with good small business owners.

I don’t often venture this far north, but I was really happy to stumble upon Cuppa Austin, a locally owned coffee spot. It’s clearly a popular place—there was a steady flow of cars in the drive-thru, even on a Sunday afternoon.

I stopped in around 3:00 PM, and it was about 50% full inside. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and despite how busy it was, my hot latte was ready in just over a minute. Impressive! The latte itself was solid—though the espresso was quite dark on the first sip, it mellowed out nicely with the milk.

The ambiance is great with some cute murals and paintings on the walls, comfy leather couches in the back, and lots of natural light from the high ceilings. They offer free WiFi, and the password is easy to find at the counter, which is a nice touch for those looking to get some work done.

As for the food, I had a croissant, and it was pretty good too! All in all, a cozy spot with great service and a relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely swing by again next time I’m in the area.
