I’ve had Korean BBQ before but this isn’t doing it for me. I got the hottest flavor fo the B Bop Bowl which wasn’t really that spicy (but I’m a spice freak).

The food was ok, but the service and dining room were horrible! I received an email with an offer for their new Korean chicken wings, but wanted to be sure that it was accepted at this location so before we ordered I asked and was told that yes, they would honor the deal. We placed our order and paid. While waiting for our food I noticed that the bill was higher than I expected so I went back to the register and asked them to double check my purchase and that I was given the discounted prices. Come to find out the person behind the counter never gave me the sale price. When I enquired about it she asked her co-worker “Do we even have this deal?” I specifically asked her before ordering and she confirmed! There were no other customers after me so how did she forget so quickly!?! Luckily her co-worker quickly refunded me the difference and made things right. Now to the dining area. Nearly all the fountain soft drinks were flat and it was filthy. The floor was sticky as I walked. There were no other customers there besides me and my wife so it’s not that they were too busy! The food was pretty good and freshly cooked so that’s the only reason they are receiving the 2-stars! We will not be revisiting this location in the future!

Customizable quick Korean eats . I was able to modify easily for a vegan bowl . ( tofu / veggies ) You can also choose your spice levels .
Prices were reasonable. Service was good . The place needs a good deep clean , lobby and bathrooms were sticky

Great food, fresh and delicious. I always try to have a different combo of the proteins. Employees are friendly and informative.

The sit down area is somewhat bland, but you’re there to eat so not a deal breaker.

Go get a cup, get your points, and eat up.

Food is delicious but they need to invest in a window washer, window shades and a steam cleaner. Place is filthy. Every inch of that place needs to be hosed down. The windows are smeared and you can only sit in the corner because the sun shines in your face. They have great customer service and delicious food but I won’t ever eat there again. If the dining area looks that dirty , I can’t imagine the kitchen.

Hands down excellent service! Reminds of the Korean food from my childhood. The Mandoo is crispy and the filling is juicy. Kimchi is awesome with lots of Umami and warm spice. Beef and Rock combination super flavorful. And the front counter people were kind and knowledgeable. I live on the far east side and I will be going out of my way to comeback.

My party got the beef, Koko chicken, and mandu. We went very wimpy on the spice levels and went for a more sweet flavor but it was very good anyway. My party said Kimchi was over fermented. We weren’t ‘served’ as it’s a stand and order kind of place but, the young lady who gave us the food was sweet and explained everything really well. Atmosphere is on par with fast food places. Nothing special.

I never leave reviews much less bad ones but I was really disappointed with my dinner here last night. I ordered the cupbop with chicken katsu and tofu along with a side of fries and kimchi. The sauce was very watery and sweet which made it a bit nauseating especially over cold stale rice and overcooked noodles. The fries were upsetting because aside from being coated in that same sauce which made them super soggy the portion was also extremely small, I’m talking less than a McDonald’d kid meal for $3.50. Service was ok but yes the floors were weirdly sticky like other reviews mentioned. Won’t be going back.

They were out of cabbage, didn’t tell us until I asked for it not to be on my sons. It would’ve been nice to offer something else in replace, kimchi, or veggies or something to add some variety in the bowl. The food was good besides that. But the place is really dirty and needs to be cleaned.
