Nice restaurant, place looks clean and cozy. Willow was the only worker for a good while until another came by to help out with the flood of customers on the day of the Tempe arts festival and despite the rush she was a calm and diligent worker, handling both the register, the food, and the service. Please ensure multiple workers are present at busy events so the hungry problematic customers don’t get too rowdy, and give her extra free lunch. Food itself was great I got a regular Cupbop with Krunch chicken and Lv4 “kind of spicy” sauce (Sauce goes from 1 to 10 spicy). The rice was good, the chicken was indeed crunchy and juicy as they fry their foods to order instead of way in advance, and the sauce was very flavorful, personally I love spicy I think I could’ve gone up to the 7.5 Cupbop special but a 4 is good for enjoying your food without discomfort if you also like spicy. Overall very nice restaurant and apparently they have a couple of food trucks too. Eager for the next time I visit!

The charming young person working here explained all the options then fixed our bowls fresh even accommodating for a dietary need. Our food was fresh and hot and perfect. The small place was very clean. We will return.

We haven’t been to any Cupbop for awhile and never to this location. Food quality was still good – the chicken KoKo, Rock, and Krunch were cooked well, though quantity seemed less than before. Past reviews have noted understaffing which is exacerbated during the crowded festivals occurring right outside. Customers waited 20+ minutes in line while in-person and phone orders were filled and food replenished. It is a testament to the two hardworking ladies – Azul alone on the front line and Willow in the kitchen – that folks got moved along. Management hopefully rewards their efforts and will see to it that extra hands – perhaps including their own – are on deck for special events.

John Nick and Gary all made me feel very comfortable great customer service and the food I have never had Korean BBQ until now it is delicious I’m going to eat a lot more of this if you haven’t tried it yet go and get it it’s worth it!!! It is now my favorite food! From all the love from Jimmy John’s we love you guys keep up the great work, excellent customer service and of course the most delicious food!!

Well, if you are low carb or no carb go somewhere else. We ordered from here for a business lunch. I asked for no rice and foolishly I thought for $14 I would get more vegetables in its place. Nope, you get an almost empty bowl for $14. Go somewhere else.

Might just be my favorite spot on Mill Ave right now. Everything is cooked to perfection, the prices make sense to me considering the location and portion sizes, and the staff is very nice and super attentive. You guys will definitely be seeing more of me!
