This place is usually pretty good, but the last two times the chicken has been WAY over cooked and over fried to where it was burned. I was pretty disappointed that it was so over fried. The over cooked chicken from last time was like biting literal rock. I couldn’t even peel the overcooked breading from the chicken. It was completely inedible for my kids, and me.

This location is really inconsistent. They change the ordering methods often, some employees are great with customer service others (like today) dont appear to care whether they have customers or not or whether or not they get the orders correct. Ordered my meal extra saucy… got less sauce than normal, definitely not extra sauce as requested.
I will keep going because the food is good, but staff and management needs work.

Thoroughly enjoyed the selection of authentic Korean products at Cupbop last time I visited. My daughter went crazy over the Melon Kick treats and Strawberry Milkis! The managers were super nice as well. Will definitely stop by when we’re next in Ogden.

If you can get it fresh, the food is outta this world!
I’ve gone about 5 times in the last year and a half. We were hooked the first time we went, the food was incredible, serving are generous, and staff are nice. It was a refreshing option compared to the fast food near by.
Since that first time, we haven’t had a great experience. The meat options just never feel fresh. The fried chicken options specifically (the “Ugly” and “Krunchy”) are always so stale.

We finally got to try this out and the food was great, the staff super friendly and informative since we had never tried this concept of BBQ in a cup. I think the only observation I made was that they need to improve on the cleaning up of the eating area.

Cupbop in Ogden is great. Bruce Dom Scott & Diamond never misses. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling. The chicken is perfectly cooked, the sauces are on point, and the portions are solid for the price. Service is fast and friendly, even during busy times, and the place is always clean. Easily one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something quick but still really good. Highly recommend.

Cupbop is really nostalgic for me, and I try to visit one every time I’m passing through the area. This location was not up to my (or my guest’s expectations. We dined in for lunch about 40 minutes after they opened. The floor was sticky, the tables were not clean, and about a fourth of the lettuce of the new salad bop was wilted and in poor condition. In ordering, we were rushed through, couldn’t see the new menu, and was misunderstood in what we were trying to say. The staff also seemed to be yelling and cursing at each other when not taking orders. My guest said they were cured of Cupbop, but I’ll give some other locations.

Went through the drive-through had an order with two cup bops watched the gal behind the counter, very efficiently, taking orders and preparing food. Definitely have an asset with her plus, the food is good too.
