Disappointing. Only 2 employees working during dinner rush, lots of customers standing around waiting. My order took 20 minutes to prepare. Several tables were dirty. Loud heavy metal music playing was kind of odd, wouldn’t expect to hear Marilyn Manson and Metallica at this restaurant. Food was good once I got it.

This is a zero star rating. My husband went there with last night. They too over 30 min with 4 employees. And still the order was wrong. They were out of rice. There was no meat on the order. Gloves were an option. Hair was in the food and over the face of employee . None of them wanted to be there to do their job. Absolutely poor management

I really would give this location -2/5 stars if that was an option. Every time without a doubt (when ordering online through their website) it is NEVER the right order. The spice levels/proteins/ingredients are always so far off and completely wrong. They don’t take the time to read the orders and pay attention. This has happened WAY too many times.

I would like to start by saying that this review is not about that employees we saw at 5:48 on Halloween night. They were extremely short staffed. The manager of this location should be ashamed. we were forced to use the kiosk and the kiosk limits you on what you can add to your food so you can’t make it the way you like which is what makes this place so great. I feel bad for the employees who have not gotten a break from in store order and door dash orders. This is unacceptable I get having to wait on a holiday but this is cruel having only two employees work when there should be at least four so they can rotate and give each other breaks if there is an emergency they can’t leave because they are just the two of them. one cooking and the other making all the orders this is so wrong. I would have quit on that spot. It’s making feel bad that I even ordered food because I contributed to the chaos thinking this would be an easy solution so we can go trick or treat

Just wow. I heard about this place and thought lets do this. I’ll be doing THIS over and over again. The food is fabulous. I’m impressed by the flavors that can be stuffed into these bowls. I love that they actually have sauces with levels of spiciness that you can choose from that actually taste great on there own. I personally had the BBop with extra meat and 3 of the Mondoos (a must have add on). My wife had the Krunch Bop with extra meat and the Mondoo add on. Eat in if you want, the ambiance allows for a sit down meal but it can be noisy without dampeners around the dining area. Our order taker Jaxon and his minions were fast and efficient and very nice. Overall, great job to the team. Make this a major stop, you won’t regret adding this spot to your list of comfort foods.

I absolutely love Cupbop! However, this particular location is my least favorite. The food quality is horrible and the wait is pretty long. I ordered some k dogs and I usually love them, but these were huge and undercooked (in terms of the breading).
The rice was exceptionally spicy in both bowls. One of them was a level one spice, which is supposed to be sweet. It was also filled with meat I did not order.
Overall, I definitely do not recommend this location.
