Updated lower rating: Went at 7:05pm on a Saturday night and the doors were locked. Their hours of operation are clearly stated on the door that they are open until 9pm. There was nothing posted with an explanation, but people were inside eating and waiting for food.

The overall experience was fine, but just fine. Floors were very sticky (you could feel it and hear everybody’s sticky steps as they walked), lobby was cold, and the wait was pretty long.

My first time coming. Customer service was terrible. They had a hard time understanding us, they made no effort to get our order made, they didn’t prepare anything, so we had to wait for more things like noodles to be made, when we finally ate it. The meat was extremely fatty and rubber, the noodles tasted like I was eating rubber bands, the cabbage was wet and had no flavor and so was the rice. This place is awful. I will never return to this place and I recommend no one else goes there either.

This is by far the worst location! We keep giving them chances, but it’s not worth our time or the $60 plus dollars we pay there. If we are not standing there ensuring the orders are 100% accurate they are always incorrect and the spice level is never on the cup.

Always love the food here. If you haven’t tried it yet, give it a whirl. The noodles and sauces are delicious. Staff at this location seem really friendly as well. The lobby is large and plenty of seating. Lots of windows. The potstickers are really really good.
