The beef bulgogi and korean-fried chicken combo bowl was amazing! The base was japchae (Korean glass noodles) and there were several spice levels to choose from. Also, the K-dog was excellent..

If you thought all was lost when it comes to customer service, come here!!!! They treated us like a king and queen! Seriously, they are SO nice here and so concerned about making sure you’re happy with your food:) great gluten free options. The noodles were yummy. Get extra cabbage it’s really good:)

Enrique who took my order in drive thru was amazing! Greeted me with an amazing attitude and even when I pulled up to get my food. Always had a smile on his face. Recommend this place because of the customer service and not only that but the food is amazing!

I went through the Drive-Thru and they didn’t even bother to give me a fork but were sure to ask for a tip. Cupbop used to be good now the mandoo was cold and tasted like it was sitting out for awhile and my bowl wasn’t even filled like it had been in the past. Granted I know inflation exists but I’d rather drop $18+ on something worthwhile. This was disappointing to say the least. And the food just tasted stale like it had been sitting out for awhile. Sad to see this place take a turn for the worse
