I I’ve been here many times, mostly ordering through Uber. Recently, I went in and was served a combo bop. The portion was incredibly small, normally the bowl is full and also the rice was one big clump and was not warm at all. I fell like I got ripped off.

This is my first time at cup bop. The two workers were young men, both loud and obnoxious. They rushed us through our order. Ask me to pick a sauce. Then he proceeded to pour two other sauces on top of it without even telling me what they were. I take it back to the table. The chicken is okay. The cabbage is raw, not cooked. And the sweet potato noodles are greasy and horrible. I attempted to eat my meal but after a few bites I could no longer do it. I took it back up and exchanged it for some Mandoo. That was deep fried and it was okay, but definitely not among the best potstickers I’ve ever had. My son had the Korean corn dog which turned out to be this deep fried monstrosity with cheese coming out of it. He liked it. The only good thing that I have to say about this place is they have a brand of soda called stubborn. It was really good. Root beer and agave vanilla. Very little service here. No atmosphere whatsoever. I am never going back.

Place could be cleaner, but when you have a couple workers working it is understandable. My family of 6 came in and my grandmother and I were helped by this guy with longer hair. He did a good job and was decent on speed. Actually gave me a discount on Mando which was super nice of him. My mother, stepfather, and kids were helped by Curtis. And that guy was on top of it. Super friendly, I even went to go interrupt my mom’s order so I can get more sauce for my Mando. Without a hesitation or sigh he got it right for me SUPER fast. Then I did a Togo order as I was about to go for my pregnant girlfriend, it took Curtis no longer than maybe a minute from the time I ordered to check out. He was phenomenal and super nice. This is maybe my 3rd time ever eating Cupbop and he did amazing. Keep going with the hard work Curtis, your hard work is not taken for granted!

This is the closest Cupbop to home and it was great until it wasnt. Fall of 2025 we started to experience many negative traits. For some reason this location has become dirty, rude workers, and burnt tasting food, almost metallic like. I love Cupbob but now I have to drive further to get food thats edible. This location has sadly become trash.

I always enjoy Cupbop and always get the tofu, extra sauce! Today we were served by the kindest individual who genuinely made the best dochi bop I’ve ever had! It was such a nice experience. Grateful to have this cupbop so close to home!

The employees ruined it. Loud and ignorant young men who are single-handedly ruining this location’s business. BUT if you like getting ignored, waiting a really long time, and being in a dirty and messy store, this is for you!

I came in at 12pm and it took 30 minutes for my order. One bowl with katsu and veggies. There was a mom and two kids who left when I entered. After that, I was the only customer there until I left.

If it takes 30 minutes to reheat some veggies (they use frozen), I wish they would’ve said that. Instead the young man told me it would only take a few minutes. My bowl with chicken and sauce sat and got soggy.

I tried calling out to them 10 minutes in to say that it’s fine, I don’t mind paying for chicken and extra veggies and getting only chicken. The five guys in the back ignored me completely, just having their own conversations. Employees just sit and chat amongst themselves. No wonder it takes so long via DoorDash. I’ll try another location next time— maybe. I definitely will never come back to this one.

Edit: I just got home. There are a total of 10 pieces of veggies in my bowl. After waiting THIRTY MINUTES. Laughable.

Came here for the first time on Jan 27. This place is just like any other “asian” food place. Noodles, terriyaki/bbq chicken, white rice, etc. I ONLY got white rice and i believe it was the terriyaki chicken, that alone was just $10, how crazy! My friend got noodles and orange chicken with some other stuff in it and she stated it was good. The food was good, typical place that sells asian food, its just crazy expensive, probably the first and last time ill come here. Theres plenty of parking, its by nearby chik fil a area. The customer service was great, we went during lunch time at 11ish am and it was not busy (thank god). They do offer a variery of sauces, which i didnt get, but my friend did, and she got #4 sauce and it was a little spicy by not much. Theres plenty of parking. Provided pictures of our food, although took the pictures once we already took a few bites haha…

We read the online reviews and were super excited for some gluten free noodles. We were under the impression that employees would change their gloves between gluten free and non food if we told them, they did not. Furthermore, we were the 2nd people in the restaurant and had to wait 20 minutes for our noodles to cook. Then after telling the employees we were getting two ugly bowls they proceeded to serve everyone else the fried chicken and by the time our noodles were done there was non left. We waited 20 minutes for noodles and ended up not getting our order. One of the front of house workers spoke in whispers and I could not understand anything she said even if she repeated it. This same employee almost served us tangy chicken that the other employee had just told us was not gluten free and would have given us that if not for the other employee. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and the workers. However, the food was good but, I am dissatisfied with the quality of workers and the care they put into our needs.

Cup Bop is one of my favorite places, but this location is not. I have a three strikes and your out policy. I will not return to this one. Food is too expensive to spend on this place! They often are out of things, it is not clean, and the food is often dry, burned and old. The best location is on Chinden and Linder.
