I love Cupbop, but my experience at this location was really disappointing. When we walked in, it was a little busy, but nothing crazy. We ordered our food and waited about 10 minutes. After that, we ended up being there for an hour before we received anything. They offered us drinks after we had already been waiting for an hour.
When we finally got our food, I checked my Korean corn dog and noticed it had sauce on it, even though I specifically asked for no sauce. I politely asked if it could be remade, and the employee rolled her eyes and threw the Korean corn dog in the trash aggressively before remaking it, which made me feel like I was bothering them.
After they remade the corn dogs, they were surprisingly small. When we got home and took a bite, the corn dogs were frozen in the middle. On top of that, we both ordered the OG Cupbop, and it had no vegetables and no rice
It honestly felt like such a waste of money, especially since I tipped. The quality was very disappointing, and this experience really changed how I feel about coming back.
I called and asked for a refund but I didn’t wanna have to wait another hour for the food. I was just done.

Another visit on 11-5-25 Yet again, delicious food and super friendly service with smiles! My daughter rarely wants to eat in a restaurant (we usually get it to go), but she enjoys the energy here so much, we actually ate at the restaurant tonight! And we love the beautiful plants in the lobby!

The manager here is the absolute nicest guy! He hooked me up with complementary pot stickers and made my food to perfection! His service was awesome, definitely need to visit here more often!

Tried Cupbop for the first time and overall, the food was so good! I got the Rock with veggies as my protein choice, and everything came out hot and fairly quick.
The only downside was the ordering experience. I mentioned it was my first time and was clearly a bit confused by the menu, but the girl at the counter kind of brushed my cousin and me off, directing us to the tablets without much help. I even asked a question, hoping for a little guidance. Strangely, a guy walked in right after us and she took his order at the counter while we were still trying to figure things out on the screen. That felt a little off. Still, the food made up for it, and I’d definitely come back.

Came in Friday evening for dinner, not too many people inside. We ordered at the screen and it took 20 minutes to receive our food. People who placed their ordered after us were receiving their food before us. Floors were incredibly sticky on the inside. Food was alright but definitely not worth the wait or bubble guts. We both ordered the combo bop which came with mandoos and a drink. Both of our fountain drinks tasted funny as well.

I recently had a bad experience with the cupbop in Edmond. So, I’d figure I would try the one in Moore to see if it was any better. My friend had told me that if you downloaded the cupbop app you would get 50% your order. I showed them app and they wouldn’t take it. When I asked why they had said it had to be online only. Although the app showed that I could use it online or in store. The food is great, but the service and how they train their employees can be greatly improved
