Great food but wish Corporate would quit changing the menu. Formerly had a number for this dish and used to be called the B-bop. Now it just says beef. The employee and I were both confused trying to figure what I wanted other than to say, beef. Corporate needs to put the names or numbers or both back on the menu board.

I went to order food for my son and I, mandoo and a k-dog to go. And unfortunately when we got home I realized my k- dog was RAW. I went to look at my son’s mandoo to find the inside concerningly cold. Would not recommend over food SAFETY.

The food is usually always decent, just expect for them to be out of the most common things. Expect noodle bowls without rice or veggies and about a 15 minute wait. This place could be really good if it was ran a bit more efficient. The staff are usually pretty friendly.

We went here for the first time. It was so good! The girl behind the counter was working her heart out and killing it. My husband and I got the bowls, I couldnt finish mine. He loved that spicy was flavorful and spicy. My daughter got the k-dog and WOW. 10/10 recommended

The cashier was to busy flirting with her co workers and being a pick me girl to make some decent Cupbop. My level 6 rock bop had almost no sauce on it. My k dawg had about 3/4” thick batter on and was just completely covered in sauce

I have always loved the cup bob food but this place has gone down hill. On my recent visit they took 45min to make our food and then at 30min waiting they told us they just ran out of rice and that our bowls wouldn’t have any. It wasn’t that busy but they were clearly understaffed. They also seem to put way less meat in the bowl than they used to.
There’s not enough tables and the ones there are all dirty and gross. The soda machine is broken and shoots water all over your hand when you use it. The paint on the walls is falling off.
Just not great overall anymore.

The cashier seemed more focused on messing around with the other coworker and annoyed by taking orders. We waited around 15 minutes for our food, at around 10 minutes we asked the status and they said they were waiting for fresh beef. They never informed us of this, we had to ask. When we got our food three of the four bowls were cold because they sat waiting uncovered for the fourth to get beef. This store always has issues, this is the fourth or fifth time. I will no longer go to this location which is disappointing. I love cup bop but this store disappoints nearly every time, I will take the extra time to go to Layton.

This store is very slow. We went in and a few ladies were already waiting a while, then we finally got our order taken after about 15 minutes. Then probably waited about another 20 min for our food. During that time a worker got his own food and came out and was eating it. They were not super kind. Very disappointing

This was my first time coming to this location and it was a great experience! I have Celiac Disease and they took my health concerns seriously. They don’t fry the Gluten Free meats in the same fryer as the Gluten meats. They process them separately. lots of Gluten Free options! They listened to my concerns!!! Thank you!
