Portions are huge! (The picture, cupbop of beef, does not do it justice) Should have read the reviews on that so I could have shared my bowl with my partner. Love how the meal came with a canned drink 🙂

Came for lunch. Bulgogi ramen was excellent. Hot and the right consistency. Bulgogi was top notch with perfect scorch marks. Food came fast. Environment was clean and pleasant. I liked the to-go boxes out and available so I didn’t need to ask.

The ramen and teokbokki were delicious. More importantly, we experienced wonderful customer service. When we ordered our food via delivery, our delivery driver informed us that he was given the wrong order. The folks at Cupbop Jangin then went above and beyond – contacted us directly to let us know and send another delivery person to our house to deliver our correct order.

I can’t believe I haven’t been to Cupbop before. It was my first time and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the pork/chicken cupbop medium spicy and I was shocked by the portion size. It was a huge bowl filled with rice, noodles, fresh lettuce and delicious pork and chicken (plenty of it) and two dumplings. I can’t speak to the authenticity but it was just what I was looking for. It wasn’t greasy and it didn’t feel heavy. It also came with a soft drink and given the amount of food I would say it was well worth the $19. I will definitely be back.

I have ordered numerous times and never had an issue until today. I ordered from DoorDash pickup a bowl and it came with a sauce I did not want. I called politely to ask if I could get a bowl remade and I can bring mine back. The girl at the front said she has to call her manager. She never called me back so after about almost 15 minutes I called her back and she said her manager said they cannot remake it. She said I can buy another one if I want to. Very rude! We have ordered from my workplace before and they have messed up the order twice and they remade ALL of the orders and offered FREE lunch to the office. That being said, I don’t understand how greedy a restaurant can be that they cannot remake a $16 bowl of food.

My wife and I were looking for something new to try and we stumbled upon Cupbop jangin and noticed that it was their grand opening and I will say it did not disappoint! Great portion and delicious food! Definitely will come back as a regular.
