Absolutely incredible! I’ve lived in the area for about a year and a half now, and just noticed this cute little shop a few weeks ago. After getting home from work one morning last week, I decided to door dash it and was not disappointed! My sister came over the next day and we ordered it again! Definitely will continue to order from here. Such a hidden gem!!

A cute new addition to the area. Granola was very good. I wish there were more açaí base bowls but we would definitely come back. The place needs music because it is eerily quiet in there. We paid $26 total for one small and one large bowl.

The gentleman that was working was super friendly and took his time making my order. The bowl was delicious and fresh. Several smoothie bowl options, more than I’ve seen at other places!! The only thing I would change is music or a TV so the store isn’t so quiet. Will be back again!

Absolutely horrible service. Took 45 minutes for one large iced tea, a small smoothie and a sandwich. All of which were not good. Iced tea was warm, smoothie tasted like dirt, the sandwich was okay but honestly after that kind of service I didn’t even want to eat it. One of the WORST service experiences ever. From the outside it looks like a cute healthy place with high quality food and drink but it’s extremely weird inside, the service is horrendous and the drinks were horrible. 45 minute wait for that was unbelievable and unacceptable. Also, reading all these reviews and their responses with all excuses is also unacceptable. If you own a business, run it right.

I got the sprout sandwich and an acai bowl on my lunch break today, as I work in the same shopping center, and am very happy with the quality of food and service. It’s nice to have a local place that serves gluten free and vegan options, priced at a point that’s fair and competitive. Looking forward to more lunch breaks spent at Cup of Joy in Thorndale!

This place is great! I got a pitaya bowl, it was the best I’ve had in a while, the base was creamy and fruity. They make the bowls right in front of you so you know they’re fresh! Great service and delicious food, definitely going to be my new favorite spot!

My friends and I had a GREAT experience at Cup of Joy! Food and drinks were great. Healthy ingredients, fresh taste, decent portions. Friendly, quick service.
