I’m honestly very disappointed with our experience at Cup and Spoon Coffee and Frozen Bar.
Before making the 30-minute drive, I checked their website to confirm closing time. It clearly stated they were open until 9:00 PM. My wife and I arrived well before that time, only to find the doors locked.
Another group of customers who had also shown up said they were told the staff would “be back in about 45 minutes.” Excuse me? Is this acceptable business practice?
We drove an hour round trip based on the hours they published. That’s an hour of our day completely wasted. Where are the managers? Who is responsible for making sure the store is covered?
It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Customers plan their time around the information you provide. If you can’t stick to your posted hours, don’t advertise them.

This was first time going. It was so yummy. On Fridays they have cups you can choose from for $4-$10. Other times the price goes by the weight of the frozen yogurt you choose. I went on Friday and boy did I have a really good yogurt cup.

This used to be a great place. We loved it, now cleanliness is terrible. The staff had a kid with them and the kid was going to the bar and taking gummies with their bare hands off the bar and then eating them and leaving them on the couch, and then going back for more gummies. A staff worker was in the bathroom and opened the door, while still in the bathroom, and hollered for another employee to help up front.

I had a great experience at this coffee shop. They play really relaxing, nice music which helps the experience. The inside of this frozen yogurt shop is really nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for coffee or frozen yogurt!

This place is wonderful for sooo many reasons! The family that owns it is so kind. The drinks are beyond reasonably priced. The drinks are also sooo good! They have awesome specials throughout the week. If you haven’t been, you definitely need to go! Great for families, friends, and parties!

We stopped here while on vacation and really enjoyed ourselves. There are plenty of flavours and a wide variety of toppings for the Froyo. I had the Holiday Cheermeister frappe, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The only downside was it is a bit pricey.

Their self serve ice cream is great. My brother usually gets a strawberry and banana smoothie and it’s SO good. This place is also great for coffee lovers. I’ve been getting the white mocha raspberry iced latte recently and it’s so good! I highly recommend
