12/10 service!! The staff was flawless at there job. The staff was polite, thorough, attentive, and overall just brought a great atmosphere. The food was cooked just right and was served up hot. The staff worked well managing other tables. The inside of this establishment had a very nice Italian/country side appeal. Overall I will be back. And no this is not a AI written review. Great food! I used to come here as a kid 20+ years ago and recently had booked a 25 person rehearsal dinner on a Friday night. They easily accommodated us and service was spot on! By the time we ordered to us getting our entrees was maybe 45 minutes (we had apps and most of our party had salads as well). Food was just as delicious as I remembered! If you’re looking for great reasonably priced Italian food and great service, go here. Highly recommend!

A quaint family owned Italian joint with pizza’s and creative pasta dishes. The stuffed shells Florentine with both white and red sauce was the winner at our table.
They have a lunch buffet 11-1 for 11$ with a variety of pizzas, a couple of pasta dishes, salad and garlic bread. The marinara sauce is exceptionally flavorful and delicious.
Service was good- server seemed new. I would definitely recommend checking this place out. Very reasonable prices.

The food here is delicious, a must-see if you’re in town or visiting. The pizza and pasta dishes are excellent. Don’t be afraid to add extras to your salad either. If you are craving comfort food or anything Italian, this is the place to go. A hidden gem in a small town. The weekly specials are always SO good. Don’t walk, run, to try this place out!

Ordered a 4-cheese pizza from here tonight. It was just okay though. The flavors were nice but, honestly, the crust reminded me of a frozen pizza. It was soft and chewy instead of crispy. I’ll try it again at some point but it’s disheartening to pay so much for something like this

Had Cummares in Murphysboro tonight and it left me wanting to return. Food is cooked hot and fresh to order, great flavor,and servings. We all had some to bring home! My husband had the bolagnaise, the baby had chicken and fries and I had the extremely yummy cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce. Cannot wait to return

WE stopped for our first meal out moving into the area. I called ahead to see if they were busy and she recommended a reservation. When we got there it was a full house but our table was ready. We were immediately approached and we enjoyed exploring the drink and food menu. We actually had two staff members helping us very friendly and helpful. They came to double check what we wanted in our mixed drinks. A HUGE pasta selection and the portions coming out looked plentiful. We are on low carb diet so we opted for the meatball app (generous for two) it was fresh, soft and delicious! We both had salads I had the Cesar snd my husband had the Antipasto salad. Prices are fine. We will definitely go back it was a nice experience.

Great little Italian restaurant. Small towns seem to have a lot of little gems like this. My wife and I had our first date in one just like it in west Texas. On this occasion we stopped in for the lunch buffet before hitting the wine trail. The pizza and pasta were both great as was the service. I hear it gets crowded for dinner so reservations are encouraged.
