From Wisconsin and couldn’t resist stopping at Culver’s. Had the double butter burger which was crazy good, fries hot and awesome cheese curds.(from Wisconsin). Only bad part is the floor was a mess and our booth seat had a huge tear in it. I couldn’t believe that a Culver’s would look like it did. So sad. But they had a picture of the blue barn which is on 151 near Beaver Dam Wisconsin! I am sure we will stop again when we get to Lake Havasu in the future. Hopefully the seat gets replaced by then.

food is good as always! but the customer service was just not good! we ordered our food and the lady was confused already which was no problem! then we sit at our table and we have been waiting for about 15 min and it was so dead inside no one was there maybe 3 people and usually it never takes that long. so we go to the counter and they said oh we forgot about your order. so we just said whatever it’s ok. 5 min later we get our food. we asked where our ice cream was and the lady gave us so much attitude and was like oh and rolled her eyes and walked away. she came back with the ice cream and had the worst attitude ever! she continued to walk around and stare and roll her eyes. left after we finished our food and said have a good night she didn’t say anything and just stared and gave attitude again.

I will admit that the food is good, but it can only be enjoyed when/if your order is correct.
Unfortunately, the last two times I have gone to Culver’s, my orders were incorrect.
Three days ago, I went in and ordered a single-patty butter burger basket with a medium-sized drink and fries. Being that they were busy, I waited about 15 minutes for my food. When the young lady came from behind the counter and gave me the bag with the food in exchange for the numbered placard, she confirmed that the numbers matched, and I didn’t feel the need to double check by looking inside (which is 100% my fault). When I got home, I found no fries in the bag – only a two-patty butter burger with cheese and extra onion. I hate onions and had specifically stated that I did not want them on the burger.
So, despite the good burgers, I probably won’t go back because I paid over $11.00 for their mistake and that is just not acceptable.

This is a nice location, we’ve been here before. The restaurant is clean, well lit, and well maintained. The staff is helpful and pleasant.
The food is fantastic and the service is wonderful too. If you have the opportunity you do want to stop in here.
