Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my first visit to this Culver’s in Buckeye. I went through the drive-thru and requested chicken tenders half and half—half buffalo (spicy) and half regular—but the order was made incorrectly. I also specifically asked for tartar sauce with my shrimp, but received cocktail sauce instead. On top of that, I mentioned completing the survey for a free custard, but they still charged me and didn’t include it in my order. Food did not taste fresh and it was not hot!!!
The service felt disorganized and inattentive, which is not what I’ve experienced at other Culver’s locations. I usually go to the Estrella Parkway location, and they always get everything right—friendly service, accurate orders, and great food. I only stopped at this Buckeye location while in the area for Costco, but sadly, I won’t be returning. Very disappointing visit overall.

Dang, I wish I rememberd the young man’s name who helped us but he was working the register and all over the place helping his coworkers. I had a free meal and small custard mixer due to a previous misunderstanding which the manager took care of. So I came back and it’s safe to say they regained me as a customer.. The worker gave us good service, recommendations, remembered my custard on the way out, brought ketchup and mustard when he saw the dispenser was out and was just on top of things for it being busy. Really enjoyable experience.

After completing their surveys twice with no response, and continuing to experience the same issues with food , both dine-in and drive-thru, I am now leaving a review here. This location used to be amazing with great quality of food, great service, and cleanliness. Now, the burgers come out like warm along with the fries. The lettuce is old and wilted, and they put such a tiny amount on the burger. I encourage young folks to work. but the kids at this location have had a major attitude change, and not for the better. We would take the burger back to the counter, but that would take another 25 minutes to get the re-fire. As for the cleanliness, we have had to clean our table and seats the last 3 times. It is a shame you have gone this route. With In-n-Out coming across the street, you may want to step up your game and get back to your old ways.

Stopped here to grab dinner before a meeting. Service was quick, and the food was delicious. I ordered the double bacon burger, and it was great. It was cooked perfectly and was nice and juicy. Fries were fresh and crispy. Their buns are really good. Like a soft buttery bun. Overall, it’s a great place to grab lunch or dinner. I definitely would come back again.

I’m still standing here after making an online order and being told, my order was gonna be ready at 6:55 PM when I entered one cashier asked my name and then turned away and walked away and said she will help you. That next cashier said oh your order is not ready. so I proceeded to ask well since I’ve got the chili fries. Can they put the chili on the side and she said I will ask them at that point she was told my order was already completed. She looks and says oh yeah your order is right here I was like well can it be changed because I don’t want it to get soggy the manager, then comes over and advised me that next time I need to call in my order Because he doesn’t want to waste food. Wow, what about customer service. This is not my first bad experience with this Culver’s, but this one made me feel really bad because as The manager was speaking to me, as if I was not educated. Everyone in the restaurant was looking at me, including the cashiers and the cooks in the back. I feel every time that I visit this Culver’s they are very racist. And that is a very strong word to use, but after four visits here, I don’t think I’ll order here again. There needs to be better training about customer service and about how to treat people that goes a long way. Culver’s is Known for good food, but this location makes you guys look really bad!!!

I arrived at Culver’s in Buckeye. And the atmosphere in the building is very akin to a busy bingo night at your local casino. I stood there looking around at all the young people behind the counter who saw me and went back to conversating. Then one young lady came out from the back and she stepped forward to take my order. This must be a very busy location because it took about 20 minutes for them to provide me with my order. The quality of the food overall leaves much to be desired. The one element that this fast food chain has always nailed is their fries. Crispy hot and fresh they were the only bright spot out of the meal that I received. I ordered a butter burger without onions and I can honestly say this burger tasted like they literally deep fried the patty in old french fry grease. Wilted vegetables and stale buns. After two bites I discarded it and the nearest trash can. Another disappointing thing that I love from this restaurant is their cheese sauce. It’s normally rich and creamy this time it taste it like they were running out of cheese sauce so to make it last longer they dumped a couple gallons of water into it. I know it just must be this location because I’ve eaten Culver’s across the state of Arizona and they normally have a really high reputation for the quality of their food. But this location I will not be coming back to anytime soon.

Culver’s is a fast food restaurant in buckeye Arizona. Went there today with my niece that lives here. Had a pot roast sandwich. Just pot roast on a hamburger bun. I added some bbq sauce and wam, delicious. With crinkle fries and a drink makes for a perfect lunch. First time visiters get a free scoop of their famous custard. Another delicious treat. Stop by and enjoy a good meal.
