Ordered 6 piece shrimp and 2 piece fish. Was asked 2 times what I wanted, replied a 2 piece fish. We ended up with a 3 piece fish due to in the drive thru I didn’t have time or energy to fight. Ended up with them giving us 4 pieces of fish and no bun. The 6 piece fish turned out to be spicy chicken strips.

$20 fish plate no $20 plate of over fried fused together fish filets that are raw in the middle because the inexperienced cook and cowardly manager just dont care . After getting home and finding this disgusting plate of overpriced food, I called in, and the cowardly manager would not speak with me but instead sent an idk who to deal with the shortcomings of this restaurant What happened ? Management change cause this used to b a great location. Second place is for losers ! Why do i now I have to expell my time and energy to fix your mess up? Wont give me money back for uneaten food, and the only remedy is waiting in the mail for coupons for more disgusting service and raw food that made it past quality control . I will be filing a grievance with my card to get my money back . You guys are pathetic …..

Best Burger in town in my opinion. I get a double butterburger with only catsup and onion and they are hot fresh and juicy every time. Weird because everywhere else I get everything on my Burger but I’ve found that only catsup and onions are the best on the double butterburger.

Went to this location on Crimson last weekend because I moved up this way. I was so excited because this is my favorite season of the Walleye. I took it to go, but when I got home to sit down for dinner my excitement quickly faded. I had gotten the 2 pc dinner and one of the sides was missing, the fish was flat, stuck together, very greasy and full of bones. After eating 1 pc the grease hurt my stomach so bad I couldn’t even finish. I had to pick out so many bones which has never happened before. Needless to say I’m kinda turned off by my favorite fish right now. I may try my old location on Country Club & Baseline if I’m down that way but for now this location is a no go for me.

Great to young employees with fantastic work ethic. They ran food to indoor and outdoor eating and drive up and drive thru. I pick a bad time to stop and eat, 5:15 and the place was packed. Drive thru went out to the street.

We hadn’t been to culvers in quite some time. I got the patty melt, but it was a tad unimpressive because it just didn’t have any flavor. I had to get some ranch dressing and some salt to put on it. I do understand that they cater to an older crowd, but they should still at least season the meat. The cheese curds were great, as usual. The fries were pretty good. The place was really clean inside, and the staff were extremely friendly.

Ordered Walleye, got Cod meal. Called and let someone know and the man on the phone argued with me and said it wasn’t. I love Walleye, don’t enjoy Cod…definitely was Cod. Poor customer experience.

I drove out of my way to go to this location because I didn’t have my phone on me and I knew where it was. The girl, Dawn took my order in the drive thru. Dawn asked if I wanted everything on my sandwich, I asked for my sandwich to not have mayo on it, and I received it with mayo. Not to mention the tomato was thin, flimsy and flavorless. I asked for the cheese sauce with my fries to dip and did not receive it. I was asked if I would like any sauces and I said ranch and did not receive it. I ordered a small turtle sundae and received a mini. I will not be going back to this location. It’s just a bunch of teens that do not care about customer service. For as expensive as it is and for how long it took, my order should have been correct. As a Wisconsin girl, I’m very disappointed.
