Had an amazing experience at this location, I ordered a butter burger with cheese curds and it took less then 10 minutes to get done. Everything tasted amazing and all the employees were super nice. And I think it’s amazing how this location gives teenagers a chance to work. The person at register, Madi? Was super sweet and patient. When we walked in she greeted us with a smile and just overall was helpful. I definitely will be coming back in the future.

Drove through the drive up. Waited almost 20 min. When we heard from the server, we were asked our name?? Ordered a crispy chicken, large fries and single deluxe butter burger. We were given a numbered sticker and was posted on the side view mirror. What was the name about-no idea!! Pulled around and waited another 10 minutes before receiving our order. The car behind us got their order before us. We live about 2 miles from the business. Upon opening up our bag, my crispy chicken sandwich was missing the top bun! My single deluxe butterball was a double! Checked my receipt and sure enough also paid for a double! Tasting the fries, they were cold and had to put them in the microwave to get them warm! All this at around 6pm on a Sunday evening. Unbelievably poor everything. Will think again before visiting that establishment.

We came through the drive-thru around 8:20 PM on Friday night and ordered two ButterBurger value baskets with the works and two concrete mixers. After paying, we pulled forward and waited for our order. While waiting, we noticed several cars behind us receiving their food before we did. I leaned out the window to ask about our order, and a staff member briefly yelled back, “We are working on it,” while walking away, which felt dismissive. After about ten more minutes, another employee finally brought out our food. Unfortunately, when we got home, we realized both burgers were plain kids burgers with only cheese and meat instead of what we ordered. The fries were cold, and the concrete mixers were already half melted. We were really disappointed, especially since we were excited to have Culver’s because we live in a state that doesn’t have one. We hope this location can improve accuracy, communication, and food quality in the future.

We made a curbside order for a custard, just a custard, and waited almost half an hour for it, and no they weren’t busy at all. We ended up going through the drive thru and they told us that it wasn’t ready and to come inside, waited inside for a little while all the workers were just talking and then finally a lady comes in from outside and asks the name on the order and says it’s ready and hands it to me. Like what? There was no need for me to come inside if it was ready and would’ve been ready that quickly, and I definitely shouldn’t have been waiting over 20 minutes for a one scoop custard.

It’s not very often that a fast food joint is so bad it’s comical!! Wanting some ice cream, I decided to stop into Culvers to get the hot coco flavor with Andies mints mixed in, sounds delightful huh!! After sitting in the very long drive through line for about 10 minutes, I decided to park and go inside as the line only advanced one car. I was able to order pretty quickly and the cashier was pretty nice, however, he charged me extra for whipped cream, for which I didn’t ask for. While waiting for my ice cream, and people watching, I noticed the man standing next to me was not happy. He had apparently been waiting for a long time, and when he inquired about his order, receipt in hand, they had no record of it. He had to order again. I hope he got his money back for the first order, and got a free meal. After that I saw, not one, or two, or even three, but four other people come to the counter with their receipts because something was wrong with their order, it was crazy! All that in the 10 or so minutes I was waiting for my order. When I got to the counter to get my ice cream, wouldn’t you know, the whipped cream was missing. They were consistent, I’ll give them that! Also, it turns out, Andies mints get very waxy when frozen and ruined my ice cream! Hopefully it was just a really rough night!!

Waited in drive through for 45 almost an hour if I didn’t say anything. There was a car in front of me and we realized ppl started getting their food behind us. This was at the 15 mark. Grant it yes some people orders may take some time yet this was ridiculous. I never received my food the gentleman in front of me received his however something was wrong. My patience ran out therefore got a refund and left. Plus I realized they overcharged me when they took the original order.

Terrible experience. Looked like someone put a thumb into the top of the burger bun. The meat, so thin and way overcooked. Didn’t think it should be so spongy? Fries were half full and tasted like oil. Bad service, had to go up to counter to ask for my food. Just for it to be sitting there and handed off to me with nothing but a glance. They also forgot my sauces and my ice cream. Went back to ask and they act as if this is such an inconvenience.This place is terrible. Bunch of teenagers working, rude, hear all the cussing in the kitchen. Who runs this sort of establishment???

Me and my husband came in yesterday night! A bit confused by the menu, however the cashier was very patient and kind helping us order exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately neither of us remember her name, just a sweet brunette girl. A little busy when I went in but food was great and came out on time. Ordered kids meals and portion was great for both of us and enjoyed the custard as well.

Great experience! Came in for an order and wasn’t sure what I wanted girl in double braids ended up helping me choose something delicious and was so kind and patient . However , one next to her named Chelsa I believe, would not stop butting in the conversation and added suggestions in place of what cashiers helped me choose. VERY interesting however my meal was delicious so I cannot complain.
