Used the drive thru twice. Both times it took 20 minutes to get a simple burger out. A line of cars waiting for their food. When receiving the food they ask is there anything else I can get for you? No, because it might take another 20 minutes.

My burger was cold I unfortunately had to microwave it. My burger had so much onion I had to take it out and I usually don’t mind it but this was EXCESSIVE. They forgot to put my ONLY sauce in the bag which was a side of cheese. & the cheese curds were barely warm. I live 5 minutes away so my food should not have been cold at all. I’m really upset I love Culver’s and this literally ruined my night. Do better.

Me and my sister ordered two spicy chicken sandwich meals and the chicken was NOT GOOD at ALL. The chicken was rubbery and tough, couldn’t even bite through it or tear it apart, it was awful. At least the French fry’s were good.

Got two milkshakes. One chocolate and one vanilla. Both were fantastic. Delivered to our table by Brooklynn. She was very kind and the milkshakes were delicious. I would visit her again. The staff is very pleasant.

Went to drive thru for fish and chips. Menu said cod fish was used. Got home and I got 6 small fried shrimp. My husband ordered a hamburger and they said if he wanted lettuce,tomatoes etc…there was an extra charge.
