Natalia was AMAZING! Normally our drive thru experience is rushed and we wish they would just listen and today was different. She was patient, thorough, kind, and still asked for the upsell. Amazing employee! Thank you for giving us an above and beyond experience!

Wow!! This was a great surprise to find along our travels! Having lived in Wisconsin for over a decade, it’s impossible to properly describe a Butter Burger to someone who’s never had one. We came off the freeway for fuel and saw the Culver’s here and I was so excited to see my husband get to try the Culver’s experience, finally! I told him “A Better Brand Of Beef Makes A Butter Burger Better!” He agreed to give it a try.
The staff were all extremely friendly, especially Susan, and the entire restaurant was IMPECCABLY clean. Everything was organized and truly spotless. Usually when we’re traveling we are in a hurry and eat while driving (safely) but for this experience we sat in the parking lot and took a few extra minutes to eat our burgers.
The verdict: my husband who’s traveled extensively while being in the military and post service, said it was definitely one of the BEST burgers he’s ever had.
Good job Culver’s! You impressed my teenagers when they went to visit family in Wisconsin last summer (Cross Plains, WI location) and now you’ve impressed my retired USMC husband.
I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone cruising this stretch of highway and looking for something to eat.
Oh, and you can’t leave without having a malt, that’s kinda a rule.

*My daughter thinks the pretzel bites are the best thing on the menu.

A friend of mine who works at Culver’s gave me two coupons for free Value Basket meals. I was very excited because it was my first time eating there. When I tried to redeem the coupons, the woman who served me acted as if the coupons didn’t exist. So I ordered two ButterBurgers, and she charged me $14! What in the hell? I didn’t have a problem paying that money, but she never tried to explain how the coupons worked. She never gave me any information or recommendations about them, so I paid. After I paid, she started explaining that I should have bought items separately. After that, I tried to order something else free with the other coupon, which they wouldn’t let me use. She had a mocking attitude, and I don’t know why. Maybe it’s because I am foreign or because I am Black. Whatever the reason, I felt intimidated and uncomfortable. Otherwise I hear some heavy jokes that the whole team in the shift made about the incident that we had, they even laugh meanwhile they stare at me.

I have eaten at multiple Culver’s before and never had an issue but this one is incredibly slow! We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. They weren’t very busy when we got there so I’m not sure what took them so long. They are also skewing their reviews by offering free gelato in exchange for a 5 star review which goes against FTC policies and Google’s review policies.

Great service. Amazing Choices. Love the cement mixers. Restaurant was clean , employees were really helpful. Lots of parking. There is a drive thru. I recommend going inside. The choices can take a minute to make.

Ordered 8 pinta of vanilla custard, and they were amazing! They did end up having to make more, which made it take a little bit longer. The service was great, and the workers were friendly. I needed the custard to make a peach cobbler granola. Thanks!!

My wife and I have been to Culver’s twice now, and both times we were welcomed by Bobbie and crew with the warmest, most genuine greeting you could imagine. She made us feel like we had just walked into a family reunion – truly above and beyond hospitality. It set the tone for the whole visit.
The food was great too, but Bobbie’s kindness was what really made our experience memorable. Folks like her make a place worth coming back to. Highly recommend!

Well I guess me wanting to try Culver’s for the first time was a fail. New to this demographic. I mobile ordered and was told I had to come inside for it? How does that make sense. It’s a convenience method. Fries and cheese curds weren’t even filled to to the packaging. Staff looked clueless when I asked for sauce at their recommendation. I got marinara. What?

Food taste great, a little bit messy. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, cheese curds and mashed potatoes. I do not recommend the chicken stick to beef and fish. Chicken is very rubbery not appetizing. Try the root beer here it’s amazing. The cheddar cheese is so flavorful.
