First time going today. Employees were very welcoming & nice. We got a bacon double burger & spicy chicken sandwich. Was disappointed the sauces were extra. The chicken sandwich was pretty good, but I still prefer chic fil a. The burger on the other hand was delicious, better than In N Out. So I’ll be returning for the burger. My go to burger place for now on

We love culvers- best burger around. Always fresh, always made really well. The concrete mixers are AMAZING, and the cheese curds are the best around. However, always expect to wait at the drive thru! Often times they’ll give you your ice cream before the rest of your food but it will melt before youre home, so pro-tip- ask for them to wait to bring you your ice cream until the rest of your food comes out.

We have been to many Culver’s in many states around the country. Spanish Forks is one of the best. The manager (I’m sorry we didn’t get his name) was gracious, industrious and friendly. He even brought us another Turtle Sundae when our first two were brought out before our meals and melted before we could eat them (we hadn’t said anything or complained). We rarely travel down I-15, but we will definitely stop again.

Eight of us waited and waited to order our food. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, but it took forever for someone to help us. It took the girl forever to enter our order. Then at the end she asked if we wanted any fry sauce. I said well yes of course. She then informed me it will be $0.25 for each how many would I like? I then asked, we don’t get one included with our meal? No, I’m sorry, each is $0.25. I couldn’t believe it, spending $70 and we can’t get fry sauce included in our combos and kids meals. After waiting forever for our food, it comes out slopped together very careless, then a few of the burgers were not right. Fries cold and seem as if they sat forever. Still bothered about the fry sauce, which would make more sense to just increase the price a little instead of charging for something that a restaurant should include. As we’re sitting trying to choke down our cold food, a group of three receive their shrimp baskets. Each shrimp basket includes a cocktail sauce, they ask if they could get more. She wasn’t sure how many they wanted, but then brings them six additional cocktail sauces. They had a total of nine cocktail sauces for three shrimp baskets. Now that really doesn’t make any sense. You can give away nine large things of cocktail sauce, but you can’t part with at least one fry sauce per meal? We are frequent customers of Culver’s, but this honestly rubs the wrong way. We don’t plan on going back.

Well, as I said in my previous review, we would be back. This time I went with my daughter and things were just as great as we have come to expect this time, so i’m upgrading my rating. The restaurant was super clean, the food came out to order, and I will give a lot of credit to Addy, she was just fantastic. One of the best servers we have had at a Culver’s. This time I had the mushroom swiss burger, and it was great. My daughter had chicken strip meal deal. We love how lightly breaded, their chicken strips are, and they taste so fresh. This Culvers has several tvs and a nice outside patio area.

Food Is always great. Mistakes were made this time, staff seemed a little lost. Hubby asked if vinegar was available for the fish and chips. Young man said he didn’t know, so my husband asked him to check and he did to his credit. Got fries instead of broccoli as my side and my sandwich wasn’t plain. Not our normal experience at a Culver’s. Frozen custard was amazing. A bad day, but we’ll be back.

I like how it isn’t busy busy compared to other fast food places. It is about the same cost as other fast food places, but better. I like how the burgers are real burgers, not with special sauce. You have good old American toppings, like: mayo, mustard, ketchup, onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles.

One of the greatest Culver’s my wife and I have been to. One of the employees there Richard helped us order and was top notch and so incredibly nice as my wife and I were ordering and customizing our burger. The food was fantastic and later when we were eating out 1 year old daughter made a mess and Richard happily offered to help us clean it up and said he’d rather we not worry about it and let him take care of it. Food was great and service was phenomenal!

The custard concretes here are SO GOOD. And the burgers are pretty good quality for a decent price compared to some other places. My only complaint is every time we’ve gone through the drive through they’ve somehow gotten my custard order wrong, and it’s always pretty busy and loud inside. But the employees are very nice, and even though it’s busy they keep all the tables pretty clean and they’re fairly fast with service. Also their fry sauce is classic and perfect 🙂

We stopped at Culver’s on February 5, as we usually do on our way home. We normally go inside but because we were kind of rushed we went through drive through. We ordered the two cheeseburger meals but when we drove off we realized we only had one cheeseburger. We went back to drive through explained what happened and gave the girl our receipt. She returned shortly and asked for the bag, seemed a bit much but we gave her the bag. The last straw is when she asked for any empty wrappers. REALLY, like we ate a cheeseburger as we drove around the building and were trying to get a free one. We told her she was welcome to search our truck for the missing cheeseburger. We asked to speak to the manager but it was shift change and the current manager wasn’t aware of the problem so he didn’t offer any help. Well needless to say that’s our last time at Culver’s.

First, we were overcharged… by the manager no less… My wife and I grew up in Wisconsin and are very familiar with the quality of Culver’s food. Both of our burgers tasted awful – like it was old meat. I know that Culver’s prides themselves on their management training. This location definitely needs attention from the Culver’s home office.
