I love Culver’s food, great fries. Recently this place has gotten to the point that I’ll just quit going. Today was a typical (recent) experience. I go through the drive-thru – zero people in line or waiting for their food. I’m asked to pull up, so I do – and I wait for 20 minutes.

The burger was so good today. Really hit the spot. Same with the root beer. It’s better than the root beers at other restaurants. And the floor was extremely sticky so I kept checking my shoe to see if I had stepped in gum but I think it was just that there was soda spilled everywhere. And then it took for ever to get our ice cream after we had ordered it. But then the manager noticed that we had been waiting and came and found out what the deal was and gave us gift cards to make up for it. I’d say even with slow ice cream and sticky floors It still was a five-star experience.

Food is decent. I’ve had much better burgers and shakes other places for the same price, but Culver’s isn’t terrible. However I really like their cheese curds and absolutely love the curderburger! The kids also really enjoy the kids meal, which definitely is better than most other places.

Used to love eating here, but not impressed with the new management. All of the tables were dirty and the whole place just didn’t feel the same. You have to pay for extra sauce. The food still tastes good though.

I love Culver’s so much, that’s where we went right after my wedding ceremony with my family, dress and all. However, this location has been incredibly disappointing. I love custard so naturally this is where we’ve been going once a week (give or take) for the past 6 months for our sugar kick for the week. They used to be awesome but for the past 2 months of us coming our custard has been totally wrong every time. We come around the same time and it’s always the same people messing around in the kitchen. One time they gave my husband the wrong custard flavor and he asked for it to be fixed and they gave him back basically chocolate milk. It was so disappointing and the girl had so much attitude about it. I usually don’t like leaving reviews, especially bad ones but today was just the last straw. I’m so sorry Culver’s. We gave you way too many chances, and it’s time for us to try other things. I hear Handel’s or Zepes is good.

I’m not one to leave a review but this is the worst Culver’s and food I have had in Spanish fork! Our food was super cold even tho we just picked it up and the pretzel sauce taste bad or cheap. We didn’t get our onion rings! I understand people are understaffed and not a lot of helpers but the girl ordering our food had no idea what she was doing! Also your fry’s or meals don’t come with sauce anymore you now have to pay .25 cents to get sauce as well as .75 cents for the cheese sauce. Don’t recommend way better burgers and shakes other places for the price.

They are always very kind and very fast even if the line is long. Don’t love the burgers but I’m not a huge burger fan anyways. I love the cheese curds and the ice cream though. It’s always delicious.

I’m not sure if it was because management was on vacation, but the restaurant was dirty, there was no ice, my sourdough melt was slightly burned, and the side of fry didn’t even fill the bag.
