Fresh ingredients and freshly cooked. I enjoyed the double butter burger most the bun was fluffy and buttered, the beef patty was smashed and they didn’t skimp on the sauces. The fried cod was a huge portion but didn’t have any seasoning in the batter so the fish tasted bland even with tartar sauce and lemon. Service was great, clean restaurant.

I Ordered a Small Vanilla Dish with Strawberries and A Cherry on Top, Just a Classic Ice cream Dish, Came out looking Amazing and a Perfect Cherry on top, The Service here was amazing, the staff was so kind and helpful and made my dish perfectly, I wanna Shout out the Manager Jesse landa for Going above and Beyond, He was professional, kind, and put a Smile on my Face, as-well as the Employee Isla Who made my ice cream, The Restaurant is extremely clean, everything is top quality and Spotless!!! Service is great and rather fast, Staff are Friendly, Knowledgeable and Professional, and it’s Good Quality food for a Great price, This is a great place to get dinner with the family or just a snack with friends!

Delicious North Atlantic Cod fish sandwich, best in town; that’s the main thing we get when we go.
The crinkle fries are pretty good, and if you like fry sauce, you’ll have to ask for it, since its not available by the ketchup dispenser. Note, they do charge for it.
The onion rings are also good.

The food is always fresh and tasty. I’m never disappointed. The staff always look neat and clean in their uniforms. The restaurant itself is always clean including the bathrooms. Delicious food friendly staff. Great experience.

Unfortunately, this location has given less than great services on multiple occasions. Which is a shame because the food is great!
Both visits (mobile and in store), food/shakes were missing/forgotten from our order. The first visit, we did receive free food vouchers as an apology. Our second visit (to use those vouchers), food was missing again. We left with another food voucher but most likely won’t use it.

Just had an AWFUL experience where I waited in the drive through line for over 40 minutes waiting for three scoops of ice cream and a side of fries. Tried to go in and get some help and waited another 10 minutes to grab someone. I tried to call and get my money back or atleast get an explanation as to why everyone behind me all got their food immediately while I waited and waited and waited. Then was hung up on and all my phone calls to the store were forwarded to voicemail. The general manager, Mallory Eichvauer obviously needs to do better.

Of the 8-10 times I’ve been in this timeframe, my order has only been accurate once. Usually, I’ll special order a burger, for example, with no onions, receipt says no onions, and it comes out with onions…
Last night was the final straw. My wife and I went to dine in, the store only had a couple groups in it, and 1 person was waiting to order. It took about 5 minutes to have someone place our order. It then took 22 minutes to recieve our food. Several others who had ordered after we had git their food first. When we finally got our food, we noticed that we were missing an item. I went back up to the counter, and the line was almost out the door, and only 1 cashier was taking orders, so I stood up at the corner of the counter. I had several employees walk right by me, look at me etc., including the lady that looked like she was the manager. None of them ever acknowledged me, asked me if I needed anything, etc. It finally took about 5 minutes to get someone to help me, after which they immediately grabbed my missing item for me.
I have several family members who have had very similar experiences over the last few months at this location, and we’ve had enough. The food always tastes great, but its not worth the wait times or poor service.

I went in to eat, it took 3 minutes for my order to be taken when there were no custumers in line, and when I asked for a large cheese curd I was given a medium instead. the food was good, but it either wasn’t fresh or wasn’t cooked long enough because they weren’t crispy and the cheese wasn’t fully melted. on the plus side the music was great and the restaurant incredibly clean

Dirty. Same manager for years needs fired. Turn over if staff always learning n confused wait times drive through. Food chages flavor n portions small . In side dirty tables . Watched manager turn down nice boy and pick a more cool boy at interview. Corporate needs to fire n chage out whole store few nice girls working but still issues.

Food quality went down! Today I ordered my usual cod fish dinner. Fish size got smaller , overcooked so it’s dry like rubber. But most importantly the fish has very weird aftertaste,kind like eating fish skin, very fishy taste. Wondering the freshness of the fish
