I had a craving for some ice cream. MAN, Culver’s hit the spot! Plus, I ordered a fried fish dinner with 2 filets. SO good! The Culver’s in West Valley City was SO convenient to where I live and the 3 grandchildren just loved getting ice cream from there, too! It’s a shame that location closed. Luckily, there are more locations in Utah for Culver’s food menu. Mmmmm.

I was so excited to try this place. I order 2 chicken sandwiches one spicy one regular 10 butterfly shrimp and larg onion rings. I order thru the drive thru . I got all the way home and opened my bag. No onion rings. Called and they said I had to come back tonight or else I would not be able to get them replaced. So I drove all the way back . So inconvenient. I asked the manager if I could get a shake for the inconvenience. He refused. WELL I’m very disappointed. Usually other restaurants make it right when they messed up. I got a coupon for next time …….

I have never eaten at Culvers and I have to say great experience. I am a fan. My wife and I just arrived 30 minutes before close. I got out of the car and one of the employees were coming back inside and held the door for me. I met him at the counter, his name was Braddock. He was very helpful with us picking our meals and even called over the manager to make sure we got the best deal. He was very patient and nice, even when my wife was fumbling in her purse for her money. He did not make us feel rushed considering they were closing. He gave us our food and my wife and I went to our car. The food smelled so good I had to have the car ride fry. I looked into my bag and I thought that they may have forgot my coleslaw with my meal, so I went back inside to inquire. Braddock said that he substituted some things to make my meal more affordable, so normally the meal would have come with coleslaw. I completely understood and was willing to except that answer and just try the coleslaw next time we came, because so far I was already impressed. The place was super clean and the food was good too. But, Braddock put the cherry on top of the cake and told me no problem for the understanding and He would be happy to get me a side of coleslaw with my meal and as I was leaving made sure I had silverware. As he turned around to grab me a fork a red haired teammate gentlemen tossed him a fork pack like it was choreographed. That’s real teamwork. As I was looking around the employees seemed relatively happy and on top of it. So, I also have to hand it to the manager and Culvers as a company. GOOD JOB all the way around. You run a tight ship and this is how customer service and food service should run. Bravo! I am a CEO of an Importing company and I really appreciate the next level product and service. Every company is going towards NO RETUNS, CRAP CUSTMER SERVICE, CRAP PRODUCT and YOU CAN’T EVEN CONTACT THEM. You have gained a customer for life if you keep this up. I wish I have a Culvers shirt I would wear it on the weekends. I am looking forward to the next time I go there, the food was really good for fast food and I am going to try everything.

Ordered one meal, and a shake on the culvers site. It gave me a pick up time of 546, i showed up at 546, i waited in my car for over 20 minutes, only for my shake to be milk and show that it was made at 538…. and just sat there for almost a half an hour. Then I called into the store to get a refund only to be put on hold for almost 10 minutes to only be told no manager on duty can help me with a refund. Everytime I come to this location I order ahead only to have to wait over 20 minutes anyways. There was no lemon for my fish, not one single napkin, and all my food was cold. I assume from sitting for almost a half an hour while I waited outside.

Worst, most soggiest burger I have ever eaten, and if you guys are paying your employees 25 an hour to make this garbage, than you need to reconsider ever being a restaurant. (I ended up taking two bites and throwing it in the garbage) I’ll never eat at Culver’s again to save my life. That burger costed me 15 bucks…

Shout out to Jaron at the West Jordan Culver’s! My man gave speedy but also super kind customer service! I felt appreciated and cared for and he made sure me and my family were taken care of. Tasty food never hurt anyone either! Any work place would be lucky to have Jaron as part of their team!

The staff was really friendly. But right when you walk in the place smelled bad (kind of moldy maybe or like bad oil) and was dirty and the floors were so sticky but since the kids really wanted to eat there we stayed and ordered. They messed up our order two different times and though they were very helpful to fix it and threw in extra fries m- after the second time we didn’t need more fries we just wanted what we ordered. The burgers were good, and the fries were too but the chicken tenders were lacking.
Overall I like to eat in a cleaner place and it makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like when the lobby is so bad.

Food was piping hot and tasted delicious. Price was a little more than I would expect for a chicken sandwich. They could use a few more passes with the mop on their floors – my shoes stuck to it everywhere I walked in the restraunt.

We ordered 2 triple HAMBURGERS with no bun, bacon(which costs extra), mustard, onions, lettuce and tomatoes. We specifically ordered hamburgers because we can’t have dairy.
After arriving at the restaurant at the time we were told by the app (9:58) I checked in through the app like I was instructed for our curbside order. We waited 15 minutes for our food to come out, even though it was supposed to be ready by 9:58, and when it did come out it was cold, so it had obviously been sitting around for while. No apology or anything from the staff, in fact the worker didn’t even look at me, he basically threw the bag into my window.
When we got home to finally eat our food we opened up the hamburger boxes and they were cheeseburgers! Not only was there cheese on the patties they also added multiple slices into the toppings so we couldn’t eat any of our toppings and both burgers entire 3rd patty had cheese melted in so we couldn’t eat them. Why did we have 5-6 slices of cheese added to hamburgers and toppings?
We paid extra for bacon, there was zero bacon on either burger. We paid for 3 patties and neither burger could eat the 3rd patty because they had cheese melted in.
Awful awful experience.

I have always loved the ice cream and food here! I got a concrete mixer with Carmel and cherries (very yummy by the way) but the ice cream was a little melted by the time we got it. But like I said it still tasted good. The fries and the onion rings were very good as usual!
