Good place to eat. I’m gluten free (non celiac) and order the gluten free bun, which comes packaged in a wrapper but kept frozen bc gluten free bread tends to 1. Mold fast and 2. Not be ordered often. They microwave it in the plastic wrapper then serve it but this last time it wasn’t put in for enough time because it was still icy, see photos. Friendly staff and good food but thought I’d share the icy bun haha.

Ordered 2 sundaes on 9/1 around 7:30 pm. We waited nearly 30 minutes and never received our order. While we were waiting we noticed several young workers just hanging around and laughing. It seemed to be a perfect picture of unsupervised chaos. Finally we asked our young man cashier, who had ignored us the whole time, what the problem was. He mumbled something and went to find out. I waited 40 minutes for 1 small ice cream and 1 medium ice cream. 6 people after me received their meals with drinks and dessert, and when I 5 up asking for my two ice cream, I realized the personnel deleted my request from their computer. What I got in return was a mediocre ice cream because they didn’t bother to mix up correctly. I do not recommend this place at all.

A 20 minute wait after ordering in the drive thru when there was one car ahead and a fairly empty lobby is an absolute joke. This location has some serious issues to sort if they can’t get 4 tenders a burger and fries out in a decent amount of time. Ordered at 8:33pm and received food at 8:53pm.

I always do the drive through so I am not sure about the atmosphere, BUT, I have been to this Culvers 1-2 times a week in the last month and I must say I am super impressed. I don’t do fast food often, but I am in town for work and the deluxe burgers are absolutely delicious and the vanilla custard is sweet, creamy, and amazing. The staff has even gone above and beyond (one evening I noticed I would get to the drive-through late and the associate on the phone offered to make my burger and then I could pay and pick up if the window was closed). Another time, my custard was a little off but they remade it right away, with a smile. I was blown away! Most places have suffered from Covid when it comes to quality and service, but not this Culvers. This is now one of my favorite fast-food chains and I drive out of the way to come to this location. Thank you for going above and beyond. Keep up the great work, your loyal customers appreciate it! A+

Food is delicious. We had to ask for several items that were supposed to be with the fish meal. These were brought to use by a smiling employee . We had the double bacon burger and the cod dinner. DELICIOUS!!

I’m hoping it’s not all Culver’s but the majority of the time (I could say almost all of the time and be accurate) I’ve gone to the Culver’s in Midvale they’ve either gotten my order wrong, I’ve waited almost an hour, they’ve lost my order, they’ve refused to NOT give me a drink with a combo meal (I wanted water but had to order soda). I couldn’t eat the cheeseburger last night it was gross. It looked old, tasted awful, the meat was way off center with bun, the lettuce, tomato and onion were wilted. This has happened since they first opened their doors.

Went for lunch yesterday in Midvale with wife & mom in-law. Everything was really good. Not much of a wait to get food. My only complaint was they were out of CO2 so it was fruit punch or lemonade. Kinda weird to be out of CO2 on a Saturday.
