Good burgers, fresh and stuffed with delicious dressings. Fresh fries and not too salty. Shakes and ice cream wrapped the meal up nicely. Loved the atmosphere.

Why is it so hard to get what I pay for from this restaurant?
This happens so frequently from this location it’s a joke. If you order anything involving a gluten free bun it’s a nightmare. You either get glutened, don’t get what you pay for, or both.
Just paid full price for a burger with a gluten free bun, got home, and there’s no burger.
Can I receive the items I pay for? Can I get what I asked for? It’s not even a cheap restaurant. Literally can’t even put the fries in the bag correctly.

Great burgers! Great service! Love the fries and cheese curds! I’m not sure why there’s so many bad reviews, because we go here at least once a week with our four daughters, and we’ve never had a bad experience!
I just people need to relax, fast food isn’t perfect, they are feeding more then just a small family like you could do at home, they are serving 100’s of families a night and there’s bound to be things that go wrong, but a little bit of patience and kindness can go a long way!

Culvers is like Chick-fil-A. All the locations are usually laid out the same and everything is very clean, service is great and food is good. When I ask for extra malt they actually put it in. Burgers are solid and so are fries.

This was the first time I have been to this location. We went through the drive through. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, fries and a drink.
It was a bit of a wait. I got my drink at the drive through window but it was gone before the food came. They put a number on your side mirror then you pull forward and wait for your order to be delivered to your car.
The food was fresh and delicious! The wait was long, in my opinion. I did go inside to refill my drink.

I tried Culver’s for the first time ever back in November of last year. I was in town from California visiting a friend and we originally went on a late night trip for custard and ended up with a second dinner. I honestly loved it and enjoyed my food so much. I often find myself craving Culver’s and telling my friends and family about how good it was and that they need to try the Custard. Loved that we were able to use a military discount too, major plus!

Listen I love Culver’s and I’m more than happy to wait for the food. I know they prepare it fresh so that’s not a problem. The problem with this place is the service. They messed up my order royally and they person taking the order wasn’t very nice. Want to always give the benefit of the doubt maybe he was having a bad day. I got home and realized the entire order wasn’t wrong. I came back they apologized and gave me 2 free meals. So I go back today to use them and spend an additional $14 and they messed the entire thing up again. These guys need better training.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait 25 minutes for one burger with fries and a side of cheese curds. I’d understand if it was super busy but it wasn’t. Almost no one inside, and few going through the drive thru. When we finally got our food we had a hole in the middle of the bun and ketchup instead of fry sauce. We got a new burger with a free value basket for next time but the amount of time it took to get it in the first place is ridiculous.

I had not been to Culver’s before. I ordered and pulled as far ahead as I could following directions. I waited 15 minutes nothing. I got out of the car and saw people getting orders. I kept asking where is order 107. Finally a young man said I couldn’t find you so they’re cooking it. It will be up in about five minutes. I had ordered a cod sandwich $7.30 senior discount. I waited 45 minutes and when my order came, I got in the car buckled up and took off ready to eat my sandwich. No sandwich I got buffalo tenders Iinstead. I would never ever ever go there again.

The food is really nice, especially the dessert. The service is good as well, really nice and amazing staff, but can be a little slow. The atmosphere is usually quite, the posters give of a nice vibe and the floors and tables are usually very clean. All on all, one of my personal favorite dining locations.
