This was my first visit to a Culver’s, and I will definitely return. They are between a fast food place and Red Robin-type restaurant. You order at the counter and fill your own drinks, but they do bring your order to the table. They have burgers, seafood, chicken sandwiches, shakes, and frozen custard.

Absolutely the best fast food cheeseburger I’ve had. And they are consistently amazing! The service is great too; above average. I am also pleased with their prices. Such a value. Whenever cheeseburgers come up in conversation l say, “Have you been to Culver’s?” I don’t ever have room for a shake but l’ve heard great things about them too.

Honestly so disappointed in my experience. They messed up every single burger/sandwich and when I asked them to fix it this is what I got back, a lukewarm sandwich that has no melted cheese, they put tomato onion and lettuce on my kids burger but no condiments. My husbands pub burger was missing onion rings like honestly not one thing was correct and we spent 30$ for 3 meals like robbery imo and I don’t even want to eat it.

I don’t give 5 star reviews often, but for a “fast food” restaurant this place is the best I have been to yet. Point of sale was easy to read and the older lady at the register looked at you, made eye contact and nailed the order perfectly. The atmosphere is amazing for a fast food place. There was carpet on the floor was clean and not all restaurant greasy. There was architectural interest in the ceiling. Lobby was next to spotless. The condiment counter was well stalked and tidy. The food quality was epic compared to McDumpies. Fries were perfect. Burger was awesome and the onion rings were the best I have had at a fast food restaurant. The price point was better that the king and queen. 10 bucks a head, drink included.

Three times I’ve ordered a burger and each time it has been served very well done. Zero moisture left in the burger. As expensive as it’s become to get a burger it should be served edible. Every other dish ordered at this location has been fine. Why can you not teach your grill people how to cook a simple hamburger!!

I was there with my family member who has to use a walker. The restaurant is completely accessible to those with disabilities! The food was amazing!! I had their Harvest Vegie burger and requested no butter due to allergies, but it was delicious!! Others had their salads and loved them. The burgers were wonderful and greatly enjoyed by my husband and daughter. The fries and onion rings really hit the spot!! I also ordered the chocolate malt shakes for my kids and they were a huge hit!! I highly recommend Culver’s and we will be going again soon!!

Inexplicably, the chicken sandwich is fantastic every single time I get it. Never had such consistently good food from a quick service establishment in my life. It’s fresh, hot, delicious. I’ve been to this location probably two dozen times over the course of several months, and I quite like it. It’s a dangerous thing for me to live so close to a restaurant so good.

I ordered two hamburgers as a drive-thru. I got home and there was one in my bag. I went back to get the second one and the female worker in the back argued that she had just made this burger. It was a gluten-free bun. He threw it in a bag they did give me a chocolate shake for free. When I got home the burger was in a plastic bag and the hamburger patties were curled up in the box. No ketchup mustard mayo like I ask. Just the way they serve gluten-free buns?

My wife and I were looking forward to a burger and Culver’s is usually consistent. This visit was an about face. Place was quiet and we placed our order with a great kid. We picked a booth and waited and waited and…..During the unusual wait we noticed trash on the floor under numerous booths nearby. Finally our order came and both burgers were cold and dry. Come on after that wait! Better get your game on as the competition is coming!

This was my first time to Culver’s and I had a great experience. Ordering was easy, the menu was large. The service was awesome. We easily customized our burgers and concretes and had our food brought to our table within 5 minutes and this was during lunch time when it was busy.
