My wife orders a Culver’s bacon deluxe and it has no bacon. The box says it is this is disappointing. But you guys still have a better burger than In-N-Out. I would like bacon.

UPDATE! They sent me a free meal. Went to get it and they tried to charge me the large price, until I told them that’s exactly what I ordered the 1st time. Then when I got home 1 hour later, NO BURGER, just soda and onion rings. I called and the manager said she was going to send out 2 free meals. This was September 12th. Never received anything! It’s now October 14th.
I usually am a big fan of culvers. Not today, ordered double burger with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle, mayo, and cheese. I ordered 2 sauces and received 0 and they did give me 1 whole napkin. What I got….1 onion slice, 1 pickle, cheese on half, and 5 lil shredded lettuce. It also did not taste good. On top of that, they told me that they would only remake it today and I would have to drive another 30 minute round trip, now! Their mess up, and I get punished, never will go here again.

I used uber eats tonight to get two burgers and family fry delivered cause I was tired. But when my food was delivered a burger was missing. I called them to see if anything could be done and they told me to come in with my recipt and they’d replace the burger. I go in and meet Viktoria the manager and she sets me up to replace my burger, but she did more than that! She replaced the whole order so that I could have hot food! That meant so much to me after a long day and only reinforces why Culver’s is my favorite fast food. Also the food was and always is great!

There is a creator in the middle of my burger and top bun looks like someone punched it. I got 1 onion and 1 small end of a pickle on it. I thought my burger was simple but the person who made it must had been mad at me or something.

Very disappointed with their fish sandwich the north Atlantic cod. I remember when it was a bigger and with flavor. This sandwich was very bland and it makes McDonald’s fish filet sandwich look better. For the price, I would actually go to a restaurant, not fast food.

My order is usually correct. The staff is superfriendly! Drive thru is busy but steady, so prepare for a little wait after ordering. Prices are average for fast food.

Ordered a triple deluxe, got home and saw it was a single deluxe. So I went back to tell them. They were apologetic and told me they’d get me a triple deluxe right away and only charge me for the 2 additional patties for the inconvenience. Tell me why when I got home there was literally only 2 patties in the box with some cheese??? Where’s the rest of the burger??? Did they intend for me to just add 2 patties to my single deluxe at home??? This has to be a joke I only gave it 2 stars because the young lady at the drive through was very nice.

My daughter and I ordered in. She wanted her burger as a lettuce wrap and I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. Her request was completely blown off. I ate two bites of my sandwich and it was enough for me to get sick. The chicken looked completely gray and uncooked. I sent site feedback and was met with a generic response that had zero personalization offering to send me a “voucher.” When I replied with a copy of my receipt and asked for consideration to be provided a refund instead, the restaurant ghosted me. NEVER AGAIN.

One of the worst Culver’s I’ve been to. The last 2 times I’ve been here the patties have been bone dry!
My fries on this trip were also both cold AND undercooked.
The lobby is consistently gross and dirty, and condiments are rarely stocked.

Ordered two burgers through door dash and two medium fries. Order arrived with one burger and two medium fries despite the receipt showing two burgers and two fries. Bag was sealed when it arrived. Typically I can understand missing an item or two… but genuinely curious how one can forget an entire burger despite having two sets of fries placed in the bag and only one burger? I had to go and spend even more money to get my burger in a separate door dash order. It is extremely frustrating that I had to pay more just to get what I originally ordered. Not sure this location will get my business again.
