I love this Culver’s. The staff is so sincere and helpful. I was also pleasantly surprised that when I ordered a water bottle with a combo meal they actually SUBTRACTED twenty cents from the drink cost. Makes me feel like the corporation as a whole actually cares about their customers.

Man the quality control has gone downhill fast. The 2 times ive ordered here, the food wasn’t made correctly. Missing toppings, wrong item, or no item whatsoever. Ordered a butterburger with everything. Only got an onion, mustard, and a singular pickle… like come on..

Very average in my worthless opinion. Only been here a few times but not sure what the hype is. The food tasted decent but really not any better then any other fast food. However, it seemed to be a bit higher priced. With that said the double burger was ruined from a presentation standpoint as it got mangled in the bag. There was so much grease it got all over the other bag contents. The fried chicken sandwich was good was good but smaller than I expected for the price. Not a basher by any means, just being honest. Next time I wanna spend close to $50 for a family of three, it will be at a more reputable restaurant.

I’ve eaten at Culver’s over 10 times. I only learned about them about 2 years ago. I have only ever had the cod fish sandwich. It is absolutely divine and will continue to be the only thing I get there.

Ate here last night an hour before close and the food was gross. Ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. Asked for extra pickles and then onion rings instead of fries. Instead of extra pickles I got extra mayo. Like an obnoxious amount of mayo. There were globs of it coming out the sides. Normally I would just scrape som le off and move on but the chicken itself also was dry and tasted old. Same with my onion rings. Everything tasted like it had just been sitting under a heat lamp or just overcooked. So disappointing. Especially when it’s not that cheap to eat here

Requested a Deluxe Double Bacon Cheeseburger, hamburger was a Deluxe Double Cheeseburger. I was there for a Daddy-Son Dinner date. He requested Culver’s because he had a token for an ice cream. Turned it in and another young lady gave him two ice cream treats. “I only wanted one with…” Food is always good. Would be best if the meal or Request is repeated to the customer for verification.

I ordered 3piece fish n chips. Fish was tasteless no salt, fries were undercooked. Not what I expected, awful dinner. I paid $26 for meal n was not worth it
