Had to have burger remade and when got home looked at prezel bites and they were burnt to a crisp. Been to culver’s before and has always been good. Worst experience so far with quality of food and when I had burger remade they question what was wrong. Never going to this culver’s again.

Culver’s is always a solid choice. Their ButterBurgers are delicious – hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The concrete mixers are great, with plenty of mix-ins and rich, creamy custard. We always say hi to John when we’re there. Seeing him makes the experience even better. Friendly service and consistently good food every visit.

I ordered dinner for my family tonight and there was a mix-up with our order… mistakes happen! But I have to say, I’ve never seen a team take such ownership of a problem the way the staff at this Culver’s did. They were incredibly kind, apologetic, and quick to make it right without hesitation.

We went through the drive through at this location and were immediately asked to park despite no other cars behind us in the drive through. After more than ten minutes waiting I finally went in and asked for a status on our order. It was sitting on the counter behind the register. We paid $32 for two meals that ended up like warm because they forgot we were outside waiting.

Not great. Out of a lot of stuff including lemonade, powerade, Culvers signature sauce, and a lot of ice cream toppings. Bathrooms were not very clean and the dining room was dirty as well. The staff was kind though.

When you order delivery, it’s hard to make sure you get the right stuff. This clearly is not chicken. Whoever was working last night, is not funny. The rest of the food was great, until I went for the “chicken strips”. What kind of chicken strip has a red tail protruding out???????

Its a hit or miss with them but usually good. The only complaint I would say is sometimes the burgers (3 patty) are to much and they seep throught the box. The other thing is sometimes the fries dont feel cooked all the way leading to some texture issues. The solution has been to switch to 2 patties and to go with another side. one of the better fast food places though, great oinion rings and good burgers, curds and Icecream.

I won’t be coming back to this location. I ordered a double burger with Cheddar Cheese, Mayo, Ketchup, lettuce and grilled onions. Was told they don’t have onions, so skipped the onions. Waited about 20mins for my food. Got my burger with American Cheese, mayo, Lettuce, no ketchup and tomato and pickles added. The food was barely like warm. This was far from the quality food and service I’m used to from Culver’s.
