Placed a mobile order here for curbside, Culver’s is one of the top fast food chains so you would think that they would get orders right. Well my burger was completely incorrect, I didn’t want to waste more gas so I decided to call for help and got an answer from Ryan who immediately had an attitude. He was rude and said I had to go back even though I would’ve happily sent pictures over for a refund. If you guys aren’t going to care about mobile orders as much as others then please get a new policy. And Ryan please have better customer service when speaking to paying customers. I’ve been to this one a few times and I’ve always got good quick service. It’s never terribly busy. Keep it pretty clean and the restrooms are clean as well. Plenty of parking.
Tend to always get the burger so I can’t tell you about the other foods but it’s always consistently good.

IN THIS HOUSE WE LOVE CULVER’S! Their Butterburgers are to die for, and we loved the chicken tenders. We tried the milkshake once before, and it was delicious too. We’ve done both dine-in and UberEats and haven’t been disappointed.

You can have things 2 of the 3; fast, right, or cheap.
Order: 3 Piece Cod Meal, 3pc Shrimp side, Pub Burger LTO, plus drink (that didn’t come with meal?) .
Fast: After ordering in the drive through i pulled up and waited for 12 minutes, the more when they forgot straws for the drinks (“do you need some?”). Whole not an eternity, I expect shorter ticket times than in a sit down restaurant. Strike one.
Done Right: While the food was good, not any better than In-N-Out or some other burgers, but they forgot the coke slaw included in my wife’s Cod meal and the cocktail sauce (not too mention the straws mentioned earlier), but all were included on the ticket. Let’s call this a foul tip for Strike 2.
Cheap: Over $43.00. We could have gotten two meals of 1/2 rack of ribs with sides and drinks at Cheddars for the same price. Given the mid food, wait time, and forgotten items, SO not worth it. Strike 3.

Nothing quite like picking up dinner on the way home, sitting down to eat, opening the bag and finding HALF of the items missing. I certainly love looking across the table at that look of pure disappointment. I know, I know, you can’t trust anyone to do their jobs properly and I should have verified. This was the absolute worst hamburger I have had in 20 years. It has also ruined my confidence in Culver’s for the future. I drive 9 miles to this location because I like it better than the one in Parker.
I went through the drive through and ordered and then went behind the building to wait for the food to be brought out. There was only one other car there. I wanted approximately 12 minutes for my food and then parked across the street to eat. I thought I was waiting for them to make my food fresh but that is a scam they play because this double butter burger with cheese was cooked over an hour ago. It was hard and smashed flat with crispy edges like a Freddy’s burger. It had set on the grill for so long that it was hard and didn’t even look like meat (see pictures). It is discouraging that not very long ago I paid approximately $9.00 for this combo and now it’s $12.00. On top of that you used to get a sauce with no problem. Now when you ask for one you get a strange look and they charge you for it.
Sorry Culver’s you used to be one of the good ones but I will not risk it again.

Used the app to place a curbside order. 10 times after the scheduled time I finally went in to get my order. I was told they gave the drinks to a different order and that was the cause of the delay. Drinks?!?! The custard was partially melted and the food was cold. For your viewing pleasure… a large order of onion rings at the cost of an additional $2.70 to add to a combo. I’d hate to see what a regular size is. I know I know. Go write in so they can address my concerns. I already did.

Don’t go there if you are black or brown. I ordered over 50$. Worth of food with my wife. Next thing I know Arapahoe county sheriff’s are behind me. Some called them. I don’t know who. Cops let me go but it was an unsettling experience. Be careful.

My family’s experience here was horrible. This store is not living up to Culver’s standards. After ordering our meals, we were given an order number for our table. Our meals never came. After about 20 minutes, I found our meals abandoned on trays at the front counter. No employee brought our food to our table. No employee called out our order number so we could retrieve it. There were at least 6 visible employees behind the counter. There was no shortage of staff. Our food was dry, overcooked, and cold. The only exception was the cheese curds because the staff forgot to make them so they were hot after I had to ask for them. While ordering our meals, we were told that the store had run out of frozen custard. All I saw was an employee cleaning the custard machine. I wasn’t convinced that they “ran out” of custard. I witnessed multiple groups turned away due to no frozen custard. Overall, it was an absolute terrible experience. My recommendation is to either close this store or replace whoever is managing it.
