This was my first time dining in at night, and I got my order in about 5 minutes very fast.

The atmosphere is very clean and welcoming.

While looking at the menu they dont seem to say what came on the burgers, but the server explained everything. They also have a “build your own burger” option, which is a nice touch.

The burger itself is on the smaller side, with a light bun. I felt the onions could have been grilled a bit more. For the side, it seems like the fries only come in a small portion.

I tried their signature sauce, which tastes like a mix of blue cheese and cayenne. I didn’t get to try the ice creams this time, but I plan to on my next visit.

The staff were very welcoming & helpful with menu & questions. Food took a bit to come out. Fish sandwich was good but could be hotter temp wise & cheese at least melty. The bun was soft & I loved the cheese curds stringy even tho they are small. The onion rings reminded me of Whataburgers, crunchy & thin. I loved that they have pint icecream for sale too , def get one they are worth it !

I was really excited to try this Culver’s since it’s closer to my house, but unfortunately the experience was disappointing.

The employees seemed either unhappy or just very tired. The girl I spoke with didn’t seem to have a clear understanding of the menu, which made ordering a little frustrating.
I ordered the fish platter, and when it came out there was a noticeable pool of oil at the bottom of the plate. The breading was soggy, which made it hard to enjoy.

The cleanliness was probably the biggest issue. It wasn’t busy at all, yet it was difficult to find a booth that was actually clean enough to sit at. There were several employees standing around talking, so I didn’t really understand why so many tables were left dirty. Even the windows looked like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while.
I really wanted this location to be my new go-to, but I’d honestly rather make the drive to the other location closer to Fulshear.

First time coming and was surprised by how good it is. Tried the pretzel bites, onion rings, and a cone; all were great! Service was fine and we didn’t have to wait too ling for our food. I know other reviews mentioned that, but I didn’t have that experience. I would suggest getting a double instead of the single, the single was great, but because the patties are smashed, the double makes the beef flavor stand out.

The food here is consistently amazing exactly what you expect from Culver’s. However, the service at this location is really disappointing. The staff was quite rude, which is a bummer because it’s otherwise a great spot. Total hidden gem for food, but they definitely need to work on their customer service.

Okay yum! Welcome Midwest to the south! My husband wanted fish and chips. I wanted a hamburger and so did the kids. We noticed y’all are a brand new restaurant right outside of our neighborhood so we stopped in and so glad we did. my husband absolutely loved your fish and chips. I am obsessed with your butter burger and so is My Daughter and we just love them hot and crispy crinkle fries. we got to try a dessert and it was amazing and we cannot go back to try something else on the menu, but we are so happy to have you here and thank you for some delicious food!

If In-N-Out and Dairy Queen had a child, it would be named Culver’s.
Food was fresh, hot, and tasty. Portion size for price is average. A place that has great burgers AND fries, with quality custard is a win!
Minor issues with staff knowing menu and being able to answer simple questions about it, but that should pass with more time.

Went for a school Spirit night and enjoyed ourselves that we went back the next night for dinner! Brian has been great in developing his team and setting the standards! The staff were all so kind and accommodating! Food came out fresh, hot, and full of flavor! Mushroom Swiss Burger was amazing! Cheese Curds a definitely must try! Kids lived their food and custard while my wife enjoyed her burger. Love the atmosphere and the ample amount of space for all size families! We will definitely be back! Y’all need to run over there and give them a try! Download the app and start saving with their rewards program as well!!!

The frozen custard here is spectacular. As I was having my chocolate decadence two scoops today, the thought went through my head “You know, I think that I prefer the density and texture of this to Italian gelato.”

Both work from a custard base, eggs, when done right.

A few months back I had seen a YouTube video of a Brit who was taste testing fish and chips around the US. He tried the one at an East coast Culver’s franchise and gave it a thumbs up. So, a few months back, I visited the Fulshear location and tried it. Their batter sucked up a lot of oil and the oil temp was off so it was really greasy. They kindly made a fresh batch for me and treated me to a butter pecan frozen custard for my patience. It was just okay. The owner of this franchise reached out to me and advised that they work really hard to have quality fish. For me the issue was not the fish, which is really good, but their particular batter that absorbs so much oil. Note: having lived in the UK, I’ve had a lot of fish and chips there.

So a trip today to Katy to pick up some things at Nellis put me near to their Katy location. And I saw that they are featuring walleye currently. I ordered the 3 piece fish with two sides of cole slaw as I think their fries are forgettable. About $21. The fish was really good, but again, the batter recipe they’ve come up was not one that I was thrilled by. Great crunch but I needed to grab napkins and remove as much grease as possible in order to enjoy the meal.

I finished off with that afore mentioned chocolate decadence and enjoyed it so much I ordered a two scoop vanilla with marshmallow cream after.

The photo shows the stylized photo and the actual order. The second photo shows the oil I removed from the batter.

Service…first rate. They’ve trained their staff well. Such nice people, going the “extra mile:. My compliments.
