This location always provides the best service! They’re up there with CFA IMO, the burgers are hot and fresh and I love trying the flavor of the day – the concretes never fail! The Strawberry & Mango Lemon Ice SLAPS!!! Get that with a bacon deluxe burger, sub raw onions for grilled and you’re set!!

Ok let’s start with the food, the food was great, I had the Swiss mushroom burger, it was just an absolutely delicious juicy burger, the onion rings hot and crunchy. The wife has the 3 piece cod dinner, and also loved it, so the moral of the story great fresh food. Now the customer interaction, this place has a zero for not welcoming customers, too many kids all together just hanging around, but I won’t blame them probably management or training. When the kids brought the food to our table they just had this zombie look , like they did not want to be there, none of them were rude or mean, just zero interaction. Why do I say this??? I was recently at another Culver’s in Tennessee and the kids there were super hyper, very positive very welcoming the moment me and my family walked in, they used tons of pleases and thank you, felt like I was in a Chic Fila. I think this Culver’s could do better if they step up their customer service interaction, I really Love Culver’s food, another thing I noticed here why did you only have one register open, and I was ordering a large order, and people lining up behind me, I felt rushed because of this, you had tons of kids there but only one register, yes eventually you did open another, but only after seeing frustrated customers, and you don’t want it to get to that point. So please correct the ship and get this place in the correct path, because I really enjoy Culver’s food. P.S. I was the customer who did the loud shout out to the cook who made my delicious Swiss and Mushroom burger.

First Culver’s burger; I’ve read about them and wanted to try them out. I got the double Swiss Mushroom burger. Two thin patties with a good seared crust – plenty of flavor – but still juicy. Two slices of real cheese and plenty of mushrooms. I didn’t get or add any other toppings except for some ketchup. The burger was VERY good. The fries that came with it were quite good – maybe not a 10 but hot and fresh, not greasy, and a good serving size. The restaurant was very clean and service was friendly and brisk. We also got a malt, which was scrumptious. There’s plenty more on the menu to try out. Recommended.

I can say that before today, I have never been to a Culver’s. I have heard of the food being pretty good, but was looking for a spot to make a large order happen for our sports team. I was impressed and wowed by the customer service, the attention to detail, and honestly just friendliness of the establishment. The manager and the staffers worked to complete a large order of 25 burgers and did it with excellence. I know this is not the norm at a lot of establishments, but this location was 5 star quality in my book. The food was great, the vanilla custard was good too. Thank you for coming through for our out of town team. If you haven’t been here, check this place out! Customer service + good food = successful and prosperous restaurant. Thank you Culver’s!!

Good food, Service has taken an unfortunate downfall. My family has frequented this location for years, never an issue. Paid at 8:50 with no cars in line, was handed my drink and told my food would be 2min. 18min later, watered down drink, still no food. If they hadn’t given us old fries or forgotten the cocktail sauce, I wouldn’t be too bothered.
