Just had the WORST experience at a Culver’s ever. I sent my boyfriend here to get me my favorite shake before they closed because I was craving it. He ordered me a medium chocolate shake add peanut butter and banana. He gets home and I take a drink and I’m like what the heck? There was chunks of hard banana in my first few drinks. I was like oh they must have not taken off the whole peel. Then I take several more drinks and it’s beyond CHUNKY like absolutely gross. I take my lid and straw off the cup and this milkshake is not blended at all and the banana is in chunks everywhere in it. And the chunks of banana aren’t soft and mushy they’re hard and stringy like from the peel. I had to dump the entire thing I was appalled at the lack of care for making the drink properly. I was a Barista for years and made tons of smoothies and blended drinks. You KNOW when a drink isn’t blended because when you pour it you can tell! How lazy all because he shows up 15 minutes before you guys close? What a waste of money and will not be coming back to this location again!!!!!!!!!! This is NOT the Culver’s standard.

I don’t understand how this location can mess orders up so consistently. In the drive through I got my food and the guy that gave it to me repeated my whole order correctly which included two burger and he hands me a bag with one. I checked my back and corrected him. He then got me the second burger and when I got home it was literally just three beef pattys and nothing else.
This location consistently forgets condiments and entrees with orders. Absolutely pathetic y’all can’t get it together.

[July 2024 Updated] Visited today, and service was much better in terms of speed. Granted, we dined in vs. going through the drive up, so it isn’tquite apples to apples. Updated from 4 to 5 stars.
[Original April 2024] We always come to this Culver’s to get concrete mixers for an afternoon snack on warm days. The drive-through is usually fluid, and there is little to no wait. The last visit we made, we had to wait about 10 minutes for two concrete mixers to be brought out to our car. In fact cars behind us got their food and custard before us! One star off for the slow service. We’ll still come back, and I will update the review after the next visit.

We stopped here for a drive-thru lunch stop today. The employees were very professional and motivated. We tried to order a walleye sandwich but were advised politely that the option was only available on Friday. Therefore, we ordered two cod filet sandwich meals. When we arrived home, the sandwiches were warm, but they were not assembled well and not overly flavorful. Also, the French fries lacked salt and crispness.
Bottom line: The TV commercials are better than the real thing.

I eat here quite often and I would say most of the time I am satisfied or even happy with the food and the service. If you’re ever served by Eugenia, then I’m sure she brought a little joy to your day. Most of the time the food is good and they don’t often mess up your order or forget things you asked for. I like the pot-roast sandwich and the patty melt on sourdough. I do wish they would cook the fries a bit longer as they are not crispy.

This location is very fast, accurate, diligent, and clean. The cleanest Culvers in Omaha. My daughter loves Culvers burgers, so we have gone to every location now. We were so hungry, I forgot to take pictures of the food, but it was made well. We ate inside.

I came through the drive-through on September 1 around 9pm and I had ordered some food and a one scoop turtle sundae, 2 2 scoop raspberry sundaes and a medium concrete . they made me pull forward without giving my ice cream and they said they would bring it. They brought us our food didn’t bring the ice cream until we asked for it and he said he would be right back and then we proceeded to wait outside for 15 to 20 more minutes before we finally went inside and asked about the ice cream. They handed it to us with a lid on it And I didn’t even realize but by the time I got back to my car, I mean this ice cream was completely melted. They didn’t even bother to give me a fresh ice cream. in the customer service was absolutely ridiculous they didn’t seem to care about anything except trying to rush to get out of there.

I went through the drive through and the women who took my order was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. Truly enjoyed my experience. I then interacted with another woman to check out and she was extremely pleasant as well in addition to the woman who gave me my order. Also the burgers are always great but this one just tasted and looked extra yummy.
