Best curds outside of Wisconsin. Fresh and packed with flavor. Quick, friendly service with a smile. Fresh never frozen is guaranteed in every bite of the classic butter burger. This food chain sets the standards of quality and customer service excellence that many attempt to mimic but fall short of achievement.

One of the best Culver’s we’ve been to. We travel through KC and eat here. We had an unfortunate experience once, but management went above and beyond to make it right. Our return visits have been wonderful. Very polite and put together staff. Prompt service. I also thought it was a nice touch that they have diapers and wipes in the restroom available for families. Definitely recommend!

Javan and Jeremiah are some of the most enthusiastic and passionate workers I have ever experienced and ANY restaurant. They were both absolutist outstanding and if they aren’t getting one yet they deserve a raise or promotion. I will be back just because of those 2 amazing individuals.

Ordered ahead through the app to make this process easier than it typically is ( this is never a quick process), as this was supposed to be a quick stop on a very long road trip.
I gave them an hour notice, paid for the food, notified them through the app we were on our way, and notified them we arrived – it took them 15 minutes to get us our food and they didn’t include any of the condiments requested.
Not sure why on earth they even have an app – waste of time.
This restaurant is incredibly inefficient. If you’re looking for “fast food” this is not your place.

Was here for my son’s football fundraiser. Employees were nice. Restaurant was clean. Overall experience was a 10. They really worked with those young men and taught some of them skills they can use to find work.

We always get Quick Service. The food is always fresh and hot. It’s always a nice family time with the kiddos. It’s nice the kids get a treat with their meal. Quick tip the kids meal burger is the same as a basket. I always eat a kids meal.

This was some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They really do have a lot of employees working at the same time and are on top of everything. Jacqueline (think that was her name) was amazing working the front counter.
The fries are average, but still good. The burgers, which you custom pick all your toppings, was one of the better burger I have had in awhile. Definitely would get a burger here again and try a different side to mix it up. Plenty of seating throughout.
To top it off, as I was getting ready to walk out with my takeout food, an employee hustled over the the door to open it for me. Never expected service this good. Thank you Culver’s!

Food is always good here, but this was an absolutely ridiculous.Amount of time to wait. And the person bringing the food was not hustling. Whatsoever. The longestI have ever waited for a burger and fries in my life. I realize it’s made to order. But they need to work faster, find somebody who can cook faster. Definitely, the last time I come to this one.
