I don’t know what I’d going on with the customer service with Culvers lately but it’s going down hill. We go almost weekly and get the cod dinner and just went through drive thru and the cod was 1 inch wide and 2 1/2 inches long and usually they take up almost the width of the box. The code was also dripping oil/water. I called and spoke to a manager and she informed me that they come in different sizes and sometimes they come small well I would’ve mentioned that to the customer or added an extra one. I informed her no coleslaw and she tried telling me she knows it was in the dinner box cause she put it in herself but there is no coleslaw just cheese curds slicing all around the plastic box in cod juice. No help at all except for come drive back up for coleslaw but I live over 5 minutes away and it’s not worth it just for coleslaw. Did not expect this from Culvers at all. Also we were there just 5 days ago and we asked for ranch for our cheese curds and they forgot to add it and when we asked at the counter for it they made us pay for it.

Was greeted immediately and received great service. My food was brought to me within 5 minutes of ordering, granted it was a slower time of day for my visit so this may vary. Very clean interior at a quick glance and some of the countertop tables have wall plugs and even usb plugs for power/charging cords. Food passes the Culver’s standard of Quality, which is really high for a fast food/quick service type restaurant.

First time visit and it will be the last. My partner wanted to support this new Culver’s location. I ordered two Chicken Tenders, a Spicy Chicken sandwich (with only onions, pickles and mustard) and a Strawberry Cheesecake Custard. Right away we could tell the customer service was lacking. Although the restaurant was not busy, it took roughly thirty minutes to receive our small order. The top that normally come on the frozen custard has a hole in it therefore, we requested a top that did not have a hole in it (a regular drink top). Customer service really made a big deal about providing a closed top. Pretty sure a lot of people do not want their food or drinks open and exposed to elements. My tenders tasted half done almost like they were cooked in the same grease as fish. My chicken sandwich was limp and the bread was hard. Furthermore, my “frozen” custard was not frozen. It had the consistency of a warm milkshake. During our visit, numerous people were coming up to the counter reporting issues with their food as well. If you read my reviews you would know that customer service is extremely important to me. From now on we will take our business back to the Legend’s location.

One of our favorites for fast food. One of the few we will actually go inside to eat. The service is fantastic! We do have a laugh because my daughter asks for extra pickles every time and they add one to one and a half. Are pickles really that expensive?!?

They never make the food how you ask them to. I just ordered a sandwich extra mayo and they didn’t put any on it at all. The bread was soggy with grease and the patties were old and dry
