We went for the sweets and ended up with cheeseburgers too. One of the best fast food options for fresh and tasty.

Food was a little better than average. Culver’s quality is a step above the big chains like McDonald’s and Burger King. Service was good as Culver’s always has plenty of staff. The part that got me was after I ordered I looked at my receipt and saw I was charged for making a chicken sandwich plain. It was clearly marked on the board but didn’t pay attention as it was my son who ordered it. I guess I can not understand why removing toppings that cost them money should cost me more. With so many options at this price point I will think about this in my decision. I understand it is only 20 cents, but it’s the fact that you are charging me more for less.

The burgers are great but every time we get a corn dog through the drive through we get home and find that it’s burned. They like to exclude things from the order in the drive through too so check it before you leave. Other than that it’s a good place to eat.

Every other fast food place is a dump compared to Culver’s. Every food item I’ve ordered has been carefully prepared with quality ingredients. There are efficient, friendly people waiting to take your order, not kiosks. The restaurant is spotless and well organized, and your food is brought to your table. The big plus are the great desserts waiting for you when you’re done with your food!

I LOVE Culver’s. I love their ice cream and their root beer BUT on more than 1 occasion I have waited OVER 20 minutes after my check in time to get what I ordered and then they ALWAYS have an excuse. It’s always the SAME people every time it happens. I go to this location because it is close but, I will find another location from now on

Red-dyed hair gal behind the counter wouldn’t acknowledge us; we had to say hi. Food came out and was good, except for the hair in my wife’s chicken sandwich. While we ate we had to watch workers hang out with the first table to the left as soon as you walk into the restaurant. I don’t think it’s appropriate for a worker to be dancing at their table to the streamed in music…she had big glasses on, and sadly looked like the shift manager. C’mon Culver’s!!! Step it up!

I love Culver’s, but whenever I order online whether it be with Uber or DoorDash, I receive the foundation drink 3/4 full. I mean, it’s bad enough prices are higher, but not to receive the best of service via delivery apps can be frustrating.

When you are celiac (very strictly gluten free due to medical necessity), it is very hard to find a place you can go out and eat safely with your family. Here, they are very clear and strict with the management and prep of gf foods so I can still enjoy fast food occasionally with my kids. Thank you for your careful prep and kind considerations.
