Last week I came through the drive through and got home before realizing I didn’t get the bottled water I ordered. Blew it off. Tonight I had my order delivered. No napkins. Asked for salt, mustard on my burger…didn’t get the packet of salt and no mustard. Ordered a bottle of water and didn’t get it again. You guys need to start paying attention!

The burgers are delicious. However, the fries and onion rings were undercooked and soggy. This is the second time I have been here and both times they were undercooked. I had to put them in my oven and cook them until they were browned and crispy.

I’ve never had a bad experience here with either food or staff. They’re polite, prompt, and the building is always clean. Bonus points to the two gents working the day my car decided to die in the drive through. They tried to help as best they could, and then went the extra mile by giving my sister and I a few free food coupons. High fives all around.

I ordered the Bacon Deluxe Burger meal for some tasty protein. I Forgot to order with No Pickles…. When I went to pull them off I noticed they did Not smell ghastly like nearly all pickles, I decided to actual try one… It was actually not bad, so I put them back on, it was a Delicious & Nutritious burger even with pickles. Seriously this place is so good they have pickles that a guy pretty much always detests pickles actually likes their pickles, a pleasant surprise. I already knew they get their ingredients from family farms especially in Wisconsin, it’s worth the extra money. I do recommend.

Came in this morning, by far the worst Culvers I have had in a long time. Fries were white hardly cooked. My burger didn’t have butter on it or sent through the toaster. Bread so stiff and hard. Burger patty was so bland. Seemed very rushed. Very disappointed

I had a mobile order and wait over 10 minutes for someone to come out and no one did so I went to the drive thru and there was 8 employees standing there not seeming to do anything and took another couple minutes for someone to greet me and you could tell the food had been sitting there for awhile. So I had waited and now going home with cold food because no one wanted or cared to come bring my food to me. It was very hard to see all the employees standing around seeming to not do anything.
