The food was great! There was an accident in the kitchen, and one of the chicken tenders was dropped. They apologized and started a new batch but said it would be a few minutes, which wasn’t a problem. They informed us about this and went above and beyond by giving us a free value basket coupon. We got home and all of the food was still hot, fresh, and delicious. Even better, I usually request no salt on my fries. No other Culver’s has labeled the fries like this Culver’s did. It made it so much easier to figure out which was which! Thank you so much for doing this. I would highly recommend this location.

Stopped by last night and the ticket was $20 for a chicken tenders basket and 1 scoop turtle. Fine, everything is expensive and Culver’s has always been pricey. The girl brought my order, I told her I didn’t want the drink carrier. I was the only one in the car so that wouldn’t work out well. She said she wouldn’t take the carrier back after it was delivered to the car. It was enough that I spent $20 but for your own personal reasons you won’t take back the dumb drink carrier. It’s a ridiculous thing to be annoyed over, but did I mention the $20 for 1 basket meal and a turtle sundae. Take back the dumb drink carrier when the customer asks you to. I didn’t sneeze on it.

Was there last night the after repeating my order at least 5 times to the girl she finally got it right. Waited for food mind you they were not busy and had at least 6 employees hanging around in the front took about a good 10 minutes to get food. I didn’t check the bags until I got home only to realize once home that I was missing the fries and onion rings on 4 of the 6 meals. Called the store and asked for manager which guy that answered said he was the manager and when I told him he pretty much said I was lying as I should have gotten 2 bags. I said all 3 adult meals and the 4 kids meals were shoved in one large sack but no fries or onion rings he kept questioning me and I said no I didn’t get the fries or onion rings. I explained that I had not spend just $10 but rather $70 and this was unacceptable. Steven never apologized rather asked again if I was sure the fries weren’t there and could just say to take his name and write on my receipt for next time I go I can get the fries and onion rings. Obviously will not be going back the whole experience was a joke. Culvers do better as this is not the experience I was expecting after grabbing dinner on the go for my family after a busy night of extracurricular activities.

Normally the food is hot and really good. Today in Warrensburg I got lunch and my spicy chicken club was cold! Even the chicken?? Have never had that happen before! My rings were Luke warm.

Culver’s will always be my number one favorite restaurant. I have visited several locations and always have had a good experience at every one. Food is always good and fresh. Customer service is always top tier.

I love this place. Second time I’ve been to a Culvers. The food it good. The difference is the people. They have higher standard with customer service. Give me Chik-Fil-A type vibe as far as employees. It feels like an old school, classic restaurant. Like something from the 60s-70s. This is the standard all fast food places should strive to reach
Edit: A child dropped a drink all over the place and the employee said “don’t worry ill clean it up!” She came by quickly and indeed did a good job. The kid later swung by and thanked her. This is the type of pride you rarely see in fast food. This place exceeds my expectations.

You guys never make a mistake. But today you guys made a very careless one. Why would you put my cheese in the bag sideways let alone not make sure the lid’s on all the way. You ruined my lunch.
